hi mr xim c: ive been using the matrix with my nexus controller for some months now (gyro enabled). i recently swapped back to the default nexus adapter to test the difference for fun. for some reason i seem to prefer the default nexus adapter (i tried the default and 1000 polling rates on the matrix too). but i am wondering if there is any logic behind this preference, or if i am just experiencing a placebo effect? for example does the nexus controller work better with the default adapter over the matrix? in my experience the gyro feels more accurate/reliable without the matrix. just wanna make sure i make the right decision swapping back to default adapter as id lose the recoil workshop, SAB and more
Hey, in what way are you usinng Nexus with Matrix? Did you set it into the new Nexus Matrix mode? In that mode you will experience the same performance as without the Matrix. Both Nexus and Matrix have to be updated for this mode and you wont need the Nexus adapter then anymore as you can pair Nexus directly to Matrix.
@@XIMCentral Yeah I’d been using it in matrix mode. After testing the matrix and nexus adapter a lot today, including within the same game, it’s pretty apparent to me that there’s a discrepancy between the analogue aims. It feels like the deadzone is heavier/wrong on the matrix. My aim is choppier. This makes sense to me now as ever since I’d been using the matrix I’d always been trying to experiment with in-game lower deadzones (or higher outer deadzones) as it never felt perfect, but it wasn’t a problem I had with the nexus adapter. (Though, it wasn’t a feasible method as lower in-game deadzones makes the gyro too choppy). The only way the matrix feels similar to the default nexus adapter is when I play really high sense that relies on the gyro aim over the analogue aim. I think this issue could stem from the side of not being able to calibrate the controller on the matrix? not too sure. (I ensured my SAB was on 0 too during my tests too)

If it’s 15 hip for 1800 dpi on ps5, on Xbox should be 2,7 with 10k dpi right?
The sensitivity between consoles is usually roughly the same, so yes your calculation is correct (assuming PSN and XBL have the same sensitivity).

Yeah thats a good choice, or a normal CoD config also works. I have done a XIM Apex Warzone config tutorial video in the past as well if you want something that is optimized for the game in terms of tricks and such.
When using matrix am I supposed to be having my target assist and aim assist off or on ?
That is fully up to you! Most will keep it on but there are also those who turn it off.

Hey, just set the cycle set to cycle instead and then you can continue to use other groups.

Yes via smart actions you can, there is a swap stick action in there! :) If you refer to XIM Matrix then use a sub config for that. I think the video shows how to do that.
Hey, I have a question, would I need remote play to use Xim Matrix on PS5 with this device? Also, is it true that Xim Matrix has delay? Cause I'm thinking about getting one soon
With this device you wont need remote play. And no XIM Matrix has no delay, its the only remote play device that has no delay. All others do.
Im trying to do the third workshop stack but it just makes the recoil worse. Im trying to do it for the rust AK and i dont know how to the 3rd one. Any help?
For rust i would recommend to only do one workshop, and then manually edit the smart action sequence to get it perfect. The aim mechanic of the game is so bad that the tracing will not 100% reflect what happens in the game. So manual editing is better than adding more Workshops!

Both are great in their respective regard. Its not possible to say which one is better because it depends on what you prefer to play with.

Im thinking about buying a xim matrix, but there is one question. Q: Would you be able to move your scope around your screen and anti recoil still be working. I've owned a zen in the past, but when you're in the process if moving the scope, teb anti rexoil deactivates. Does taht happen with xim matrix too?
Yes that is possible, and XIM Matrix is with XIM Nexus the only device on the market that offers that. You have full freedom of your aim while anti recoil is active, and it wont negatively impact you. This is because XIM products have Smart Translators that can compute the anti recoil effect against your aiming while competitor devices can only stack the two on top of each other wich causes this issue. I have uploaded example videos of that where i use XIM Nexus/Matrix anti recoil versus an unnamed competitor device to show the difference! You can find the videos on this channel.

You can change the buttons so that both work at the same time. Somewhere you have a button binding conflict.

XIM Apex doesnt have any amazing anti recoil capabilities. You need to compensate it by moving your mouse.

With a XIM you do not get banned.

@@aleyad2687 That is no possible unless you play on PC which offers dual input. You could use controller output when shooting and native MnK output when building. So AA is turned off during building.

In CS yes, in Fortnite im not sure so maybe. I dont recall anyone having tried it in Fortnite + gave feedback yet. If you do let me know how it goes! :)

Hello when i shoot a gun on mouse and keyboard on pc r6 the gun just stops going up and moves to the left after 20 bullets so i cant trace the whole 30 round mag what do i do?
Hey, if you stack two workshops then that wont be an issue. Alternatively use a manual recoil spreader as that prevents the issue you described in the game. Its caused when no mouse input is being recognized by the game.

Yes this is a general way how to build a config. Pretty much everything shown in this video also works for other games including D2 and the orbital aim assist. The video also shows general setup steps such as how to change existing button bindings and such. You dont really need to know more when building a config from the scratch! :)

Was already out but got taken down by Ubisoft and wont return. Still accessible for channel members due to a fault on KZreads side, but i wont reupload it. If you really must watch it then that remains an option, until KZread realizes its fault.

The new one (unreleased) but someone on the forum already made it for the current beta
The one in the forum contains some errors though. Id recommend to manually build this until the new beta is out and the code works.

Hey thank you very much for everything for the community I truly appreciate that I'm sure they do as well I don't know if my bow out messages still there but it's just got too toxic and you know that's the way the internet is and I knew everything was there and you know I said you know it's time for me to go it's all there I'm not going to take my ball and go home of course and you know honestly I was spending 90% of my gaming time not gaming and doing that kind of stuff and then sharing it with the world which is what took a lot of time too and you know I'm really happy that it caught on I noticed it a few years back and just recently realized that you've been picking it up I knows Odin Is helping out a lot as well and yeah I mean there are variance obviously based on what mouse you have and things of that nature and seems like you guys have a pretty good handle on it so you know obviously it was complete you know and then you know how people manipulate it slightly or whatever is whatever it just you know I'm not one for usually even partaking it all in anything I just wanted to share I actually hope the devs would you know catch that and just develop it from the ground up that way to make it easier on everybody cuz I I know the biggest thing I always see in those forms and places like that was the ballistic curve and when I used to do Maxine builds prior to that which is why I was so like confident that just give me a couple weeks I said to just learn it inside and out cuz this is an easier device to work with I mean it's on on me prior to that owning that just how on the computer how you know we can edit the config file and and you know it's an altar how the sun slider works but also the fact that you know you're using digital obstacle camera that should get as clear of a picture as possible to the devices performing the voodoo in this case the XIM and how analog is like liquid and that is more like granular and that's the issue right there and then that's why the whole like you know feed it the cleanest picture put the smoothing over the skipping and you won't you won't feel it because of that anyway and it just works and I don't use aim assist on any game that would allow me to turn it off and before that's wasn't possible and actually I was only using a mouse on console not for cheating purposes but because I played so many hundred over a hundred thousand matches of bungees Halo games I used to rank '50s and sell them and well I used to just play but then it turned into that on weekends with a friend because we played it so much we figured we might as well you know take advantage of all those free one month and stuff and just do that So you know I went back to controller shortly after that I can't seem to find my bow out post cuz I know I bowed out with class because you know I'm not a bad guy and I was looking for it to show somebody but it was nice to you know just see how everything is transpired I knew that the config made it to KZread because I was searching on mobile KZread for my own videos and I don't know 5 years ago you couldn't really go to your channel so you had to type your KZread username and that's what I found that out and I just smiled that people got it and it was really nice to you know see a lot of the comments that I saw and just see you know the Odin's been really involved I know I didn't spell Odin right but that's cuz I'm talking to the phone I just made it a point to type it properly the first time but anyway you know like I always said it was there for the community all along and I'm just ecstatic you know I know in my maxima had a disclaimer I don't know if I had it there's like I don't care if you copy and paste this stuff claim it as your own don't credit me that's not what @@realkayflock Did you follow the XIM Manual and set the correct ingame settings? And did you also create a "Gamepad" config instead of a "MnK" config? With the latter it wont work.
