I just came up to the Interest on that Type of Weaponry, and had to think about Honours, that People, who dishonour the Parents, would not be able to honour by adressing Something to the Person, so an Adressing to a Female would be honouring to their Parents, but not in the Whole, when they became divorced, and got a new Family, because they would support someone totally different then, as it seemed to had happend to the new Families of my divorced Parents, because I suffer, even by Psychopharmaka Treatment, while their new Children do swim in unsubstantiated Gifts, that could also could come had come up by honourating higher Level Stars, speaking about Elvis Presley . . .

Catching that kind of japanese sword is more realistic then I thought, Katanas are made more for Cutting then stabbing so a catchable angle is used more often. Might be interresting to see a fight against a european greatsword like a Bidenhänder ore something smaller like a roman shortsword.

Great demo of Technics. But the zoom at the wrong times by the camera operator kinda ruins the scale of what's going on. And hard to really see. The chain swinging is on a large scale and it's hard to grasp at times. The full technical aspects before it hits the opponent

Why is the swordsman waiting for the enemy to attack? why not attack when the chain flies back and it is not possible to throw it? Почему мечник ждет атаки противника? почему не атаковать когда цепь летит назад и ее не возможно кинуть?

yeah all this demonstration stuff won't help in a real fight, they don't even spar for real. would get destroyed by a hema guy. anybody can come up with a cool move if the "opponent" is willingly letting you do it. i mean, what if instead of letting him build up speed and strike him he just rushed the guy? what if he stayed out of range and punished a missed swing? what if after the weapon was caught in the chain (probably near impossible in a real fight) instead of slowly doing a choreographed dance he actually did a real unpredictable attack? i don't get these demonstrations because none of this translates to any kind of combat. what exactly are they demonstrating? cool tricks to do with weapons? id much prefer to see actual masters really sparring with safe versions of weapons like in hema cause this is worthless. if you wanna see these demos just cause it looks cool and you like when people do spinny stuff with swords and break weak wooden boards thats cool and all, but man i hate passing it off as though its real martial arts that would be effective in combat. such a cool weapon deserves a much better vid.
