8:25 Once it got a strike the first time why would it do anything differently from that point, why doesn't it get a strike every time after that? Especially what happened at 10:50? Why was it kind of able to try for a spare when the 10 pin was left standing, but couldn't even come close when it was the 7 pin?

I wish you could have at least showed us one AI game. Perhaps with 4 AI from vastly different generations of learning.

would it have been possible to have a chunk of the neural network be shared across all of the clubs, like say having a part that purely focuses on keeping the ragdoll upright, and a part that purely focuses on keeping the club within the optimal swinging plane. etc ...

Actually in space we won't fire upwards to intercept enemy cannonballs since they pose no threat; they will never fall onto our ship.

while it is funny, it's also kinda sad to watch it just flop over and have a seisure.

I suggest you make an AI play chess, but please, don't remove the red doll! Just make sure it stays on its seat, keeps head upright and follows the rules of chess.

Add air bonus just like hill climb racing! And maybe punish it for "wasting energy" by making changes in speed of each body part.

I want to see this, but with the swings unlocked from the plane. Just reward it for speed, and then on the return swing, how aligned it is with a path that will hit the ball forward. I want to see what happens when it's less constrained. Probably it just doesn't work for some reason I haven't thought of.

I think you rewarded the velocity too much, since it did not account for the other parameters
