As a fan of cooking shows I’ve watched many a video and it’s only the minority of chefs who have the ability to explain like you do. You definitely have a natural talent for teaching mate.

If you slightly oil your hands, it makes it easier to wash away the “heat “ after you’ve chopped your peppers. Sea salt has more flavour than table salt and has no chemical to keep it flowing. All the best chef rab

Hi! I have a question! If I wanted to make the banna bread healthier (less suger) could I put say 80-100g of suger instead of 150? Or would it ruin the ratio of all the ingredients therefore ruining the bread? I write this comment twice so you could definitely see it 😂

I'm in the UK and just use a Tesco powder. The Chicken powder just adds some depth, its not the primary flavour so honestly, any will do. Enjoy!

When you add the filling put a nob of butter on the top of the filling, this combines with the juices from the meat and veg to make a lovely juice filling in the pasty. We like to eat them about 30-45 minutes after they come out of the oven ideally, depends on the size 7" regular or 9" large. Take care, God bless, One and all. edit : adding acouple of slits in the crown of the pasty helps the pasty from leaking, ones without slits tend to have thicker pastry.

Hiya Leanne! I honestly have no idea? Someone here might tell us both. I know it is often cold with Raisins. Mines is just a family recipe as I say in the vid. When I uploaded it I didn't even think about the upcoming Kings coronation. The video got loads of views from that so I was really happy! Thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy making it.
