So you guys basically copy Keen Ramps and then make more expensive versions, amirite?
No you are not right. Keen Ramps $349 - Four One Four £179. Also looks like they use a 'much' cheaper plywood for the end profiles. Not sure how long Keen Ramps have been doing these and they do make plenty of rad skate stuff. But you could argue we all copied the quater pipe from Dogtown
@@fouronefourskateparks1216 your stuff looks more expensive! high quality, more stable design and heavy. Keen is in California, everything expensive, as well as expensive shipping. I am building my own Slap Pad now so watched yours and Keen’s videos for inspiration on design and assembly. I like Keen’s style because it’s more cost effective. I like your style because it looks like it could last 20 years 😅
@@fouronefourskateparks1216 keen had the first slap pad design that I ever saw hit the market. But hey, ideas are free!
I think first one I saw in this style (plywood) was the Ramp Supply co, but I don't think those guys are around anymore. @@t3r083
Is that a 45 degrees angle for the coping side ?
My local 😮
Sweet local track!!
My local to and I've been there sk meny times so thank you for making this pump track
@@fouronefourskateparks1216 what is the postcode for this pump track i really want to go but cant find the postcode any help will be muchly appreciated
@RileyRayner-rf6ce The track is at Mildehall Hub - near the tennis courts. Postcode is IP28 7JX
@@fouronefourskateparks1216 okay thank you very much!
Very nice! Gd Lordy what does that cost?
got any footage of someone actually skating this?
Love thank you
Great video Jack.. Great to meet you on the opening day. Nathan from United Wheels Foundation 🙏
Thanks again for everything you guys have done for us this past year, totally stoked with the finished product. 😊👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
so sick 😎
Are there any ramp plans for available for this project?
I can’t blame you guys for using pavers considering the level of effort required to make a proper foundation, but after four years I bet it’s not perfectly level anymore.
Super dope!!! How tall and wide are the transitions?
He got waxed!
these guys are either slovaks or czechs living in the UK it looks like. Nice ramp guys.
hey that is the lenght of the skatepark trying to build one
If I had a perfect ramp like that, I wouldn’t let bikers ride it… they dent the coping so bad
Room for one more?
I know you guys are trying to simplify things by only needed a drill to build your ramps but setting the coping that way is far from ideal.
How much did it cost?? I’m new to skateboarding and just learned how to drop in and want to get better
Ghetto? Lol look at that mansion!!! Haha
All the moisture getting locked in between the layers.. cringe..
Ship to the USA?
0
Do you guys ship to the USA?
Keen ramps in the USA make these. Look them up 👍
We do ship to anywhere, mostly to Europe is not a problem but to ship to the US but it costs a lot so I imagine cheaper for you guys to hit up Keen Ramps if you are US based.
Nice🔥🔥
Do ship to the us lol
Why is the bike so loud?
I can tell there's been a lot of time spent on R&D, CNC machine parts, pre-drilled pilot holes... yet no one can spent a few minutes, on re-sealing the cut ends of the pressure treated lumber? Once the wood is cut, those ends are not treated anymore. What's the point on spending the extra cash, on pressure treated lumber if its going to rot?
Who builds in the rain?
2:30 Impact driver cams out due to not enough pressure made me cringe.
Why is it when I watch these youtube videos, the person talking sounds low but the music is fucking loud as fuck!!
Hi, are the noggins in that internal transition/radius scalloped out or is it just the camera lens? Thanks
Built mine on my own .should of said how to put together a mini ramp kit lol.
My names Alfie Goodrich
What kind of wood are you using for the surface
Can you please tell me the measurement for the ramp and the add-on and tell me the Australian money for all the ply wood. IF THATS FINE WITH YOU :)
What material did you use for the surface of the half pipe
Yeah
How much was all of the Material
Where u get the big wood
places like home depot
Sick ramp
How many?
I want this skatepark to 😞
How much this half pipe
Hi, you already told the size: This is 4ft High x 16ft Wide - - with an added 1ft high extension. BUT how long is the flat and what radius did you use for the transitions? Cheers from Austria
You can order this exact ramp online lol
It's a mini ramp not a half pipe. Nice though.
How long would your 2ft by 4ft ramp take to build?
i want to see you ditch the short 4 ft boards and use 8 ft no all sectiions
Cringe ass Ryan Taylor, with the weakest facial hair game in the business, decides to ruin the video.....
how long did it take?
The pain of seeing those screws heads all being torn using a screwdriver properly really shouldn’t the that hard
Its a hammer drill
skip the vid to 3:27, you will see the screw heads are fine.
It's called a impact drill lol that's how it sounds bud. Coming from a carpenter
Impacts are the wave
