Mille grazie! I made these twice, the second time they came out amazing!! Stuffed with pistachio crema and then dipped in chocolate ganache, sprinkled with fresh pistachio :) Buonissimo!!!

There’s no butter in the recipe. Do you mean vegetable oil?

You can brush the surface with a little bit of lemon juice.

Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that. Every oven cooks different. Next time insert a wooden toothpick and If it comes out clean is ready otherwise add an extra 10 minutes. Good luck and happy Easter 🐣

Hi Alice tonight my son is coming to have lasagna and I told him to bring his piping bag because I will teach him your recipe.He knows how to make zeppole but the cream puffs are so much faster.He's into baking a lot .Tonight I will fill your puffs with whipping cream .I was so busy doing dinner plus a cousin dropped in and I couldn't go get my milk to make custard cream Thank you for sharing such a great and easy recipe .They turned out perfect empty inside .I live in Toronto and I'm the only one that likes to try my sweets.Other people just want to eat at my place .Ciao

Thank you so much Alice. I work in a hospital and made this for the nurse's break room. They devoured it instantly. They didn't even cut it up, they ate it right from the tray. One nurse, she ate half of it herself! Those big gluttons!
