INGREDIENTS FOR THE STARTER:
3 gr dry yeast
320 gr flour
260 ml warm water
INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGHT:
500 gr flour
3 gr dry yeast
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sugar
330 ml warm water
16 gr salt
250 gr kalamata olives
semolina flour
In the video I mentioned 2 different cooking temperature! The right one is 450F for 20 minutes!
