    Never tried Tofu in a rice _ now I am going to get adventurous as I am always looking for special veg preparations when I entertain. Very well done _ the soothing music adds to the beautiful Tofu Rice

    I made this recipe today!! I’m LOVING HOW SIMPLE YOUR RECIPES ARE! simple, affordable, not a lot of cooking time, and not to mention, delicious. I’m not a vegan, but I am trying more vegan foods. This came out very good. I added a little more tomato puree and some veggie broth low sodium because I like my pastas a little saucier, but besides that, flavors came out great

    Because I live in a large city, I do not use tap water to cook foods, rinse foods or soak foods (like rice) I use distilled water only - it does no harm.

    Are we using a Teflon pan here?.Almonds need to be soaked overnight and peeled to remove phytotoxic chemicals

    Very delicious and healthy. In India, we make spinach with lentils like chana daal and we call it daal palak, palak means spinach. All your recipes are just superb and presented so beautifully❤
