Anatomy Lab

Welcome to Anatomy Lab, where we bring anatomy to life through dynamic 3D animations. Our goal is to revolutionize the study of human anatomy by showcasing the intricate behavior of the muscular system in realistic motion. Unlike traditional static diagrams, our animations provide a deeper understanding of how muscles work in real-life scenarios.

Explore human anatomy in an immersive and groundbreaking way that goes beyond the confines of traditional learning methods. Whether you're a student, healthcare professional, or simply curious about the human body, our videos offer a captivating journey into the complexities of anatomy.

    Cool video, thank you! Such visual presentations make learning anatomy easier. Yoga teacher here, internal rotation of the hip is useful in many asanas, for example firefly pose (tittibhasana) or flying splits (hurdler's pose, eka pada koundinyasana).

    Interal and external rotations are essential in all the movements involved in a change of direction and of weight distribution when the human body is walking or running or jumping or kicking, which is very frequent in sports like soccer, tennis, football, rugby, basketball, volleyball and so on...... Not to mention martial arts and fighting in general.

    Here are a couple cases for training internal rotation: - Lateral movement for most sports, IR is crucial to push sideway into the floor without overloading the lateral aspect of the knee, so I know it's trained for football, soccer, hockey etc - martial arts - for most side and rear kicks, it's crucial to lift the shin and align it in the kicking direction, think about a high side kick - acrobatics and gymnastics, for twisting and rotated takeoffs and landing, a lack of IR can quickly lead to reduced jumping ability or injury in the knees when landing - deep squatting, especially for Olympic weightlifting - specifically ice hockey and the deep stance Hope this gives some inspiration and happy to answer any questions

    Another case for obtaining internal rotation. Many patients I have worked with who have had major knee surgeries, such as ACL reconstruction, will often lose some degree of internal rotation because of a walking pattern that develops to lessen pain whilst performing various tasks. Including simple tasks such as walking and climbing stairs. This is a typical compensation pattern for the patient and internal rotation is necessary to address for them.

    Thank you very much for this amazing video. It would be great to have a video that shows the movement of the internal organs, as well as the coordinated movement of the lower diaphragm and the chest diaphragm, will visually demonstrate how breathing and movement occur. This will provide a clearer understanding of processes such as pelvic congestion, the development of varicose veins, and diseases of the female reproductive system. One of the root causes of these conditions is a disruption in the breathing cycle.

    Why is walking so complicated? I never knew i was bad at walking until I’m 44. Seems like it’s important. Instead they just say “shoulder’s back” as if that makes any sense at all. Meanwhile you either have an injury or are on your way to having one all because nobody teaches you to walk. We all just figure it out and nobody actually knows what good posture MEANS!

  • @AnatomyLab
    @AnatomyLab20 күн бұрын

    thanks so much for this comment indeed walking is rather complicated if you try to understand every single by itself. well my shot at good is the following. Your joints and bones should be in alignment so they fit your natural Pre-depositions and your muscles should be able to relax and contract equally. If you are in the state and you walk up right and try to push the sky away with your head and you lift your stwernum and you have your sacrum in a somewhat neutral position, depending on your pelvis and hip bone structure you should be fine. Have a good one and thanks for commenting again.
