Ive seen these dogs fully engaged brown bears. Not nipping in and out...all out mouth to mouth with freaking brown bears. Just because the wolves are a little bit smaller there.. doesn't mean much.
I had a x breed of a Rhotweiler x Dogo Argentino. Man Man it was a smart brave killdozer. It ment the word to me and I ment the word 4 him. So protective, smart and sweat to me. If i was sick it layt down next to my bed. Every time i went to sleep it would stay down next to me bed waiting I went to sleep. After that he would think i was in sleep. He stand up sillenseless en walked soundless to his place. He was like a son to me. I miss him every day. It was the dogo breed what made him special. Beleave me Dogo Argentino is so protective and sweat to his fam. But is a killer to everyting out side his fam. Be awere never let your child play with other people when you (the boss) Is not around. If it thinks you or your child, wife, fam is in danger there will be no warnings no sounds. Its direct atack to the neck or face. It will go for max damage. This is no beginner dog and it needs a lot of care, exsercise and strickt military training no is no yes is yes there is no middle. Its a smart dog and males with balls will test there owner at 2.5/ 3 years old. If you manege to do the training well. Beleave me its a wapon. And it will proteckt its owner with his life. The power and fast movements of this dog will surprise you evere day. It needs 2 hr of full excersise a day. This is no house dog. Dont make the mistake!!!!
And beleave the Dogo Argentino has no fear it realy thinks he is satan if he is in hunt or atack modus. You as his owner have to protect him for him self. It will atack a brown bear with out thinking the bear is stronger as him. Its like a soft ware bug in there head😂

I have a CAS and my son has GSD’s. They 100% tower and dominate the GSD. Not that I like or approve of violence with dogs but they are by far a superior breed.
My niece and her husband just got one for their farm. It's a baby right now but her other farm dog is showing him the ropes👍

The American Pitbull is the ultimate working dog. Most working dogs are not a good fit for the average person, but the American Pitbull is even moreso not the best fit for the majority of people because it is the toughest and most high drive dog to ever exist. They were bred to take on anything from bulls, to bears, to wild boars, to badgers, and other dogs. They are better than thenvast majority of breeds with people, but they are one of the greatest handfuls around other animals.
The American Pitbull was not specifically bred for the sport of dog combat. It was first a dog used to take on bulls, bears, and wild boar for hunting, farm work, and combat sports like bull baiting and bear baiting. They were also used for dog combat as well, obviously, and dog combat became the prevelant way to test and breed for quality, working ability, health, and most importantly gameness. This is because dog combat was easier to hide from law enforcement when animal combat sports were made illegal.
My Dane Sarge is 7 years old, he is a Mantle. He is my second Dane, my first was a fawn. I love the breed. Sarge is very protective of me, no one gets near me . After he gets to know they are fine with me he is good with them.

This is the illyrian shepherd, not what someone in the 1960s decided to change the dogs name!
I’ve had LGD ‘s of Kengal is one breed, for 30 years. They are independent thinkers, which they need to be for predator control, so there is a lag time between command and obedience. They can be great family dogs as they see their family as their livestock. They actually need less space/ activity than a border collie. Guarding is their job so they need something to guard (a child, a cat, couple of chickens) and they take it very seriously. They do bark quite a bit as this is their warning for predators they are on duty, so cityscapes are not recommended. I have had Pyrenees, Anatolian Shepherds and Komondor LGD’s as flock guardians and house dog(I live outside of town) and they are my first choice all around dog. LGD’s also have degrees of aggression depending on the breed.
This isn't correct. A few of the sled teams said they would not go. And Baltoand his team, they almost fell into a cravace.

Must be millions of dogs there ! Wolves are like any carnivore ! They will eat what is easy obtain. If the price of beef doubles people will eat chicken or pork more readily. Until price come down. 🙈

My English Staffordshire Bull Terrier is the most gentlest dog you'll ever meet but when he's attacked by dogs his size or smaller he just runs away from confrontations unless they're bigger than him! He's been bullied by many bigger dogs! He was bullied once by two Japanese Aikita's and the chavey owner was laughing at me! I told him atleast 5 times to call his bully Aikitas back but he just laughed at me! Let's just say I was gobsmacked what happened next! The owner was almost crying at me begging to call my bullied dog back! Ignorant cnuts he soon changed his tune! English Staffordshire Bull terriers are the best breeds in the world but if you bully them! Well you will see the consequences! Trust me! My 5 year old English Blue Valglo Staff protects my 10 nieces and nephews all under 10 years of age! They all Idealise him even when they terrorise him and when he's had enough he just runs away and hides or comes to me basically telling me he's had enough! No other breeds comes close to this Breed x

I would agree with everything said here except an apartment :D I had a huge house with garden etc, the doggo was still 100% of the time with me on the couch, bed, under my desk. Moving to 40km2 apartment made no difference whatsoever. (to be fair, I walk him around 10-15km a day, so home time is mostly hugs and naps).
It seriously infuriates me that alll this so called experts, hideously mispronouncing Kangal. You should pronounce both a in the name, as in "are" or "type" or "kind" or "*CKTARDS".

Kangal is not new mixture like most of the dogs. Also, they are independent. That means they dont care your orders and hard to train but that doesnt mean impossible just harder than usual. They need space so very bad for apartments etc. If you have big garden or big space and want a dog who also protect that area then kangal is good. Their size is natural so they are slow or bulky but big, strong and agile so they play with you a lot and sometimes they can knock you off without notice. After some years they tend to slow and sit more but it is same for all breeds.

Cannot be compared. Two completeley different characters with different jobs. They are good in different tasks.

It's most likely a subspecies to the Central Asian Shepherd. And has evolved into the sarabi dog due to its climate drought, famine and war of the region it lives in
central Asian or alabi is a sub species of persian alabi which is one the most ferocious dogs ever and it's almost instinct because nobody can deal with them ecsept some one that really knows how to handle dogs now the russian alabi or central Asian dog is a mixture of 3 different dogs the original alabi is also a 5000 year old dog.
I had a really nice Hungarian typical Kuvasz, I don't recommend in any way having one of these in a city - only if you have a huge house and don't bother of them barking at any noise (which may also annoy all your neighbors)... Mine one was highly intelligent, intuitive and independent. The type of dog that knows how, when to react, without being overly aggressive. One occasion I had the other half of the gate open without noticing, after coming home from walking him, and he jump on a guy passing by the house, he didn't bite him, just stood with his pawn over the guy's shoulder and barked at his face, so as to tell hem to back off his territory - I couldn't apologize enough to him, and the dog didn't hurt him at all, only tried to assert that that was his territory. Probably if it was another breed, it could have attacked.. Luckily it was Kuvasz. Really smart, lightly boned, extremely agile and protective, and very fast for its size. If you live under cold weather in a farm, an isolated countryside house, or a castle is an amazing animal to interact with.. The dog really cared for anything happening around and would bark at any noise, even from a long distance. It seems his temperament is typical of a dog that needed to protect livestock in huge territories against beers and wolfs, and his white fur was developed to blend in with the sheep for some reason.
Such charismatic dogs... Never had a dog in my life, so have to make do with what gf's bring along and whatever I encounter... But I do love them.

Idk if those dogs are tibetan mastiffs in the video. A tibetan mastiff towers over a cat which is either a lynx or a bobcat. The dogs in the video are barely same size as the cat 😂
It is a lynx. Do not mix the ovesized Chinese show Tibetans with the working ones and bankhars for example. I giant dog is not able to work in the mountain region effectively...
