My name is Alan, on my Chanel I will be sharing my Slimming World journey. I had a stroke at the age of 6 and since joining slimming world I have lost 6 stone. I have been given a challenge to make 20 vlogs to go out every Friday to raise money for my local Stroke Association.
I will be sharing recipes, motivation tips and my geeky interests - I hope you can all support me on my journey!

That looked a warming and filling meal. Piper would have been glued to oven as he loves carrots. I am in his bad books as it was Vet say for Vaccination and health check....he gets spoilt at vet. I am pleased in 2 years since he has been with us he is now perfect weight after losing 10kg. I can not remember him being that big but he is much better for being at his correct weight.

I would love seeing a, Train Veido and can imagine everyone coming on to your Train would have a wonderful as you just have that way about you. So glad things are getting sorted with your dad and also your injections increasing spasms can be so exhausting. Boris Piper here I am hearing you will be a young years old on Tuesday I have to wait until 15th July and then I am 9...i hope mum makes cake. It is very hot in Scotland but the ice cream van man came tonight and I got a wee tub all to myself. Dad is still in Dublin and I have been looking after mum and decided that means sleeping on her bed all night. I do not think she is happy about that but I am a big boy and need to stretch my legs I think she should get a bigger bed. Have a lovely Birthday Boris and a good week to your dad 💜🥰x

Oh how I love Trains..the Station looked so pretty with red and cream pillers as well. I used to travel up and down from Norfolk to where I now live in Scotland and loved when we got a compartment seat....I felt like the Railway Children. One of my previous rescue dogs used to hear hum of train and would stand up looking over the wall until it went past he got many waves of folk as we tended to walk about same time...Sailor was a huge Rough Collie a beautiful dog again so badly treated but had a good life with me. Piper is having fun with his dad being in Dublin as has decided his dads bed a good place to sleep. X

Hi Alan just trying to catch up with folk I have missed. Those meals looked lovely and certainly takes a lot of the chore out of cooking so good for a week when you know you have a lot on. I did not notice your hand at all but we are always our own worst critics and will see things others do not notice. Thank goodness no injury from your fall but they give you such a fright. Thank you for your kind words. I can yap on but I hope it makes you and Boris smile. This Shingles is truly awful I live with severe chronic pain but oh this is different and exhausting. My husband and daughter now worried as they are off to Dublin tomorrow. Piper however will be here to watch me and neighbours will know to check on me. Piper here Boris I am being a good nurse Boris but there is a fee to pay this week it is, a carrot and apple I love them. I like Roger your Monkey I have a friend called Roo a Kangerroo he came with me when my mum rescued me and I am very gentle with him but his tail falls off and mum has to do surgery and sew it back on. No apologies necessary! Anyone who would have an issue with your spasms, isn't worth worrying about. I often record while having my own spasms and cramps and just mention that it's happening, but I'm pushing through. As far as editing, I use Premiere Pro. It's fairly easy, but can be pricey and when I have spasms, I can easily mess things up (though not too badly). But I did do some research on easy-to-use editing programs and heard good things about Wondershare Filmora. It's not free, but apparently only costs $79 US to buy it outright.
