  I heard anxiety and depression cause bipolar disorder. To me, I believe there are more problems than that in those types of people bc I suffer from major depression and anxiety plus I have bipolar disorder, PTSD and ADHD. I have to take many pills but after taking Xanax for a little while the doctors will take you off that drug to prevent seizures from withdrawals. So they just take u off Xanax before u become heavily addicted to it. The problem is the doctors say antidepressants can take away anxiety but that is not true. Then I wind up buying alcohol to kill the problem of anxiety, then I get very depressed.
