You do realize many have trauma caused by churches. Theft of land, gen o'cide of culture, then all forms of abuse especially on child victims.. Then the abuse of tax exclusions that have many ultra wealthy religous industries adn theri leadres who live easy, and for too many lavish lifestyles all tax free. You know, corruption
The city that brings in billions in tourist money but none of it goes to the school 😢

Go find a charter school. The district cuts all the programs. Just think back in our day we had home ec, auto, wood shop, etc. They should go above and beyond and obtain a grant to pay for the teacher. Start a go fund me page perhaps.
LV has the most dismal support for the arts. The entire region's school bands can't hit a decent note. I remember 30 yrs ago I began playing the clarinet in a public school in a small city in TX. The city has grown a bit but they are state champions in band. The Arts are just as important as athletics.
Cut the salaries at the top. Then you will have more than enough money to pay for a music teacher.

Better yet, pay for things that the schools need instead of useless choir crap.
Another reason I'm so glad I took my daughter out of that school. Durango almost k*lled her twice. Type 1 diabetes and she was low and they wouldn't treat her the way I asked. It's gross. Durango is a terrible school

The choir programs need to have a wholesome music. and great music teachers that aren’t going to push the leftist agenda /ideology down their students throats!! And the schools should absolutely pay for the choir program!!!

The parents should pay 100% of the cost. This is just entertainment, not education.
