I think run plays should be looked as an opportunity to set the tone on a defender. Set yourself up for a nice release later in the game.

@@firstdowntraining these definitely help me thanks man caught a deep post after stacking and rocker stepping outside off man (he was off 5 yards. I pressed him went inside then stacked rocker step to the post TD was sick. Also at the Winnipeg Blue Bombers CFL tryout my last rep i hit a diamond release slant off a waggle (CFL rules a waggle is when the receiver runs to the line before the snap) so i run a diamond to the outside and step hard into a slant everyone goes oooo hahahaha
