Thanks for the video coach, you never stop impressing me with new ways to learn. Also, do you listen to AC/DC? If you do, what's your favorite song? Thanks

I am a wide receiver and I do a lot of grip drills and ball drills for grip and I still can’t consistently catch 1 hand I know it is used if you need it but it is good to do it consistently do you have any suggestions?

I have a question about the post route that the receiver ran in the clip of Jadyn Robinson vs AJ Rangel, it looks like the receiver gives this super small rocker step/hip-head fake right before he breaks. It's so small and quick that it doesn't look like it benefits him at all, just slows him down by a millisecond. The DB is trailing and doesn't (or maybe barely) reacts to that move, and the WR already had him beat, so would it be good to use that kinda move or just break on the post if we beat the DB like that?

imo, it depends on the vibe you get from the db. If they're like rabid and seem ready to overcommit it could be a good idea because the slightest slow down makes them jump the route. But if they've been playing patient the whole time its not worth the loss in timing.

You can do either or- I think it’s pointless because of how wide he is. It doesn’t really sell anything. So in this situation I’d rather have him just cut & go. This is great insight and i appreciate you watching!
