I would advise to do steam after frying. it loosens up the skin.

I'd use a pot instead of a pan so you can add enough water to cover the entire drumsticks

Love this!👌 Edit: I made this today…added some chopped water chestnuts to meatball mixture and a couple of red chillies to broth…so delicious! I watch numerous Asian cooking videos and have never come across this one before. Thank you for sharing🙏

This is a clever recipe. The drumsticks lend out a lot of collagen which helps the soy sauce to stick to the chicken when cook long enough.

Just made this for dinner. What an amazingly delicious and simple recipe. I added a bit more water and thickened it with cornstarch as I like heaps of sauce. Thanks for sharing!

That was like one of the best cooking show I've seen. I love the peaceful music background. It was down to the point and simple. Being a mom I don't like wasting time on listening to commentaries. This was easy to watch and pleasing to the ears. I'm subscribing! Thank you for making this video.
