I used to do these exercises Yeats ago. My life has changed since I moved n I no longer have a pool. But, I am on vacation and have the pool all to myself. SO, I googled the water aerobics and found your. I will definitely be doing them again. Thank you.

I moved to a nice place w pool so nice ❤ However when I Exercise in pool My legs and lower back hurst I have to take a Day to recuperate my friend says I’m Doing it hard ❤❤. I love the water it releases Anxiety so I promise my selfish to be Easy in my exercises ❤❤❤ I’m so thankful to Jesus Christ cause I prayed for a nice place to live and my Prayers were Answered ❤❤ So know I’m praying to go to niagara Falls❤❤❤

Welcome Mor, just about to head to aqua aerobics now. Winter weather here in south east Australia. The jumping jacks or jills with opposite arms also gives the brain a workout. Regards, Paul

Yay! I love your pool workout videos. I recently added a weighted dive belt for added weight and resistance. Please do a deep water video for full body toning. 🙏🏻 I am just treading water and think I could be doing more with my body at the same time but don’t know what to add (I’m a lap swimmer) Thank you!! 😊❤👙

Hi Coach Mor ma'am! Is this also for men? I am a man and tried this with my mother-in-law but it is very brutal. I could not even last 3 minutes when I just had to give up :( My MIL did the full lesson powerfully! She has the rock hard abs and rock hard obliques! She told that this is ab of steel exercise. I feel really very low and defeated :(
Hi! This video with the frisbee is pretty tough for the abs. I would suggest to start with no props to gradually build your core strength ;) you can find on my channel other aqua videos with no props. Enjoy 😉
@@MorMovement Thank you for your guidance Coach Mor ma'am! I am trying your lessons with no props as you said! They are still very very hard for me and I cannot last more than 2 minutes until my body completely gives up. My mother-in-law does it with the frisbee powerfully like you! She told me to see how strong powerful abs are and said to do boxing to her abs and check! I did that but her abs was like steel and my fists started to hurt :( Should I try the boxing also regularly?
