  Raikkonen might have just one WDC but he deserved so much more. Only the unreliability of McLaren kept him from winning more. He's definitely up there with the greats (Prost, Senna, Schumi, Hakkinen, Lauda, Piquet).

  You would think that drivers that had traction control in their prime would not be such good starters after it got banned. But Alonso kept making amazing starts after it got banned, he is just a great driver.

  This is so far from today (2023) as it is from 1989. And I'm old enough to remember exactly the same kind of comments people made back then about 1989 videos: "those were the days", "when F1 was pure", "real racing" and so on :)

  Nick's style is very similar to Kimi's, just immediately buries the throttle out of corners to let the rear come around. Works wonders with traction control and that monster BMW engine. Good luck catching that if it's going somewhere in a hurry.
