Ive been doing this twice a week for 3 weeks along side pilates once a week- I can now keep my arms up whenever needed and I actually end up working harder (acording to my fitbit) but it feels easier! Amazing. Thank you.

Found this video today and kicked it off. I really need to loose some inches and kilos and this is by far the most inspiring and energizing home work out videos I've ever experienced. This is tough but fun and you all three are a true inspiration.

I just love you guys, i found you a year ago looking for an HIT program i can workout with. I first worked out with Daniel & let me tell you i love his energy his motivation during& at the end of each workout. Alex u are just a ball of energy & I appreciate you all at Body Project. THANK YOU SO MUCH Team Body Project! I love this workout. When I started to build an exercise habit (for the millionth time) couple months ago, this is the first workout video that I could truly enjoy and have fun with. That was a game changer because this makes working out “sustainable” for me. Today, for the first time I followed through with all the arm routines without having to modify any of it! It might just a tiny improvement but it sure was encouraging!

this workout is not for dysklexic people. i struggled so much with the back and forth of each workout. got through it though lol.
this style of ascending intervals and the cardio/strength mish mash is really good. keeps you on yout toes throughout and also doesn't bore you

I enjoyed this workout. My cat on the other hand apparently hated it and kept biting my leg during the workout. I don’t recommend this for cats
