  Rpm meter less cost approx 1500, using rpm meter only I can do the right tuning. Without RPM meter, same tuning based on engine sound.

  Near 1.5 turn, but it will vary each bike. 1.25 to 1.75 range, not more.

  It piston noise, installed light used std i-series cylinder. That making some noice, sound will be reduced after 3 to 5k. Now bike running better.

  Looks some sound from piston, run the bike for next 1000km, it will reduce. One carbon build up, sound will reduce.

  Hello Brother, Recently opened the engine and changed all bearings(as per mechanic recommendation) because there was some noise coming from the bike. Now, I feel there is different sound coming from the engine like crank or piston noise. Can you pls check the below video and let me know what the issue is?   I am not sure about rs100, are you mean rx100? For rx100 company recommended 1.25 + or - .5 turn. The turn will vary each rx100, you have to find the right high rpm while tuning.

  New Clutch plates are for 4 stroke yamaha only, not good for rx135. Till 2020, plates are not good for rx. The steel plate too worst. Old stock plate run last 100000km.

  Chrome and nickel platting, both same process. Shine finish as like mudgaurd. I have done zinc platting, as per the original look.

  Brother, I see many mechanics hit the crank weight plates with a hammer to install it. It will ruin the crank and make it imbalanced, right?

  Some mech use round pipe and hammer to install, that won't affect much. Direct hammer will affect crank and bearing too. But both are not recommended. Company recommended the crank installation tool. That we give better smooth in crank bearing.

  In your 5 speed, can you fit the silencer's mounting bolt below the clutch case to the bikes frame? It's not aligning properly with 6 hole silencer. Think the mounting / anchoring bolt location in rx135 5 speed is different. But it's aligning if we use cat silencer.
