Hello, I recently bought rx135 , ( stage 1 port, 5s Gearbox) runs great. Owner gave me this Rdd cdi. Should I keep bike on stock CDI or fit Rdd. What difference can be noticed after upgrade ?

RDD works better on ported bike, use RDD.

The bike running .5 size Art piston. After rebored bike maintained very well and clocked 65k after rebore Engine work done around 2013, I have replaced the new crank assembly that time, new crank is the main reason for smoothness.

That's interesting...the engine is perfect after 65 K running..I appreciate you for such good maintenance of the Rx135. Which 2T oil brand is used in the Engine?

@@BhargabsBVlog Its Orginal piston sold by Yamaha, imported from Japan. I am using Castrol, sometimes Shell 2t, both good.

I have installed RDD CDI in my stock RX135 with 4 degrees advance in timing. After installation, I’m facing cold start problems. Bike will start only with choke and it will take multiple kicks whereas stock CDI used start the bike in one or two kicks without choke. Also after starting the bike, I need to use choke and ride for few kilometers, then it becomes normal. What could be the problem ?

Have you tune the arb after install the RDD clip? If not tune the carb and check plug firing.

No its not my own, I have bought the RDD cdi, a person Ron, who making the cdi for rx and rd. I have installed in my bike.
