Love this. I have insomnia and for years I would tell people that I have trouble turning off the "mind chatter."

This video is absolutely amazing-thank you! I recommend it to all my clients who are working on building their confidence. As a hypnotherapist specializing in anxiety and confrontation challenges, I've witnessed the transformative power of hypnotherapy. Just today, I helped a 67-year-old client overcome a lifelong fear of confrontation, rooted in childhood experiences with his father's anger. For the first time since he was six, he now feels full of confidence. I'm thrilled to introduce him to this assertiveness training video. It's incredibly effective and will empower him to regain nearly 60 years of lost confidence, allowing him to assert himself in any situation. When paired with hypnotherapy, this outstanding video serves as a powerful catalyst for change. Thank you, Kyle, for creating such life-changing content. Best, Richard Bloom Richard Bloom Hypnotherapy

Social interaction is so hard for me. I feel like it’s hard for me to be myself around strangers because I always want everyone to like me so I hold back to not rub anyone the wrong way with my personality.

it is scientifically proven that people think they are more disliked than they really are. don't stress it too much; people like a getting a strong sense of individuality from you, as long as you also give a strong sense of empathy as well. think of asking light-pressure, relatable questions you yourself would answer with joy and carelessness. hope this advice is worth something to you.

I would refuse to interview anyone who uses any of these filler words if I was a radio or TV host. I frequently have to change the station regardless of my interest in the subject matter due to this obnoxious habit some people have.

I don’t mean this to be mean, only a suggestion. Your makeup is drastically a different color than your neck and décolletage. I would suggest a professional to show you how to blend with the correct color. .

Baseball caps, shorts, t-shirts and flip-flops. Nothing grosses me out like having to see some ahole’s ugly hairy legs and toes while I’m eating. Same goes for having to look at some slob’s beer gut in a wife beater t-shirt. Finally, the guy with the baseball cap probably hasn’t washed his hair in weeks.

It should be mentioned if you tell certain people your boundaries or what bothers you. They will do those things more. Be aware of who you're around, even if it's your own family or even your parents theh could be narcissistic or enmeshed and use the info you give them against you.

My 6yr old friend was addicted to the word "like". I filled a ziplock bag half full of various coins. Every time she said "like" she had to give me one coin. She stopped saying "like" and learned to tell the difference between a penny and a quarter by touch.

When passing something, you don’t put it into their hands. You place it onto the table…..to the next person in line. A puts onto the table to B then B places onto the table next to C.
