  An update should be that the airtrain also finally accepts contactless payments (OMNY), so you no longer need to buy a metrocard and can just tap your phone/card :)

  Bx all day .. nyc is a fun place 2 live just gotta have money to enjoy the city .. if you broke living check 2 check it’s a very depressing place to be .. you will lose hope maybe an smaller town might be better

  As a European, I really enjoyed watching the city, but gosh these traffic lights. At every intersection there is one and nobody is coming. Just put a roundabout there and the traffic will flow much better

  I use subway everyday to commute. It’s easy and fast. Sometimes you maybe see something wired like a homeless guy or random screaming but that totally okay with me. It’s pretty same.

  No direct train to Bryant park from dumbo but you can take A or C train from High St in Brooklyn and then get out at 42nd port authority bus terminal and walk to Bryant park.

  those traffic crossing devices are not to be played with. there are millions of people in NYC, what if even 10% of the people did that? when the devices are broken everybody wants to complain that things in the city are not maintained or kept in working order..
