Block after block - each one its own country, language, ethnic foods (oh I'd love to sample from some of those food carts!) the blocks crowded with vendors and merchandise... scaffolding replaced with overhead train structures... certain blocks would be overloaded with sketchy businesses preying on the poverty with "No Credit Needed" or sleezy cell phones to loan shark fast-money payday loans... Then the beautiful older established businesses that has called Queens home from the beginning - just remarkable to see so many countries all rolled up in one space! I loved seeing couples hold hands and smile at each other! (I don't recall seeing much of that on 5th Avenue...)

How can this people have those food stands. No permits how they get those products to sell?? Are those power tools stolen. The couches. The mattress. How they afford all the food carts?? This infuriates me. I tried to open a food truck and I couldn’t cause i didnt have the help from no one and is expensive. And yet this people can have it easy. Plus they get free health care free food free shelter and making money. Not paying any taxes
