There's SO many antiques left here. The press back chairs, the dressers, and Empire buffet, and that doesn't include the historical value of the house itself.
Great find… another cool video my friend ❤
The weird staircases were for the house servants (slaves) quarters.
It would be great to get it Protected. I gotta say. Yet, The Greed & Evil of People today! That is the Biggest problem! Gotta say. That is the REAL Problem. Most people these days are so full of Greed, just like the Evil Government. They can never truly care. Unless it is about them! Look how they treat the Homeless. They know better! So, again. That is the Biggest problem!
Does anyone know the address
W❤W what an incredible place
Beautiful Old home it's sad to see these old homes abandoned.
This is not a house. It’s a boarding house with customers. Care takers provided for the guests. Remembering it’s a boarding house the lay out makes perfect sense.
Very well built house.
Why has it not been restored with all that history??
I saw not one bathroom!!!’ Log home was my favorite!!!!!
Wow-always so sad seeing these beautiful houses just decaying. That dove in the kitchen is very cool!! And very old. What a shame it’s just falling apart. If that were a B&B at one time they sure had a beautiful place. That’s a perfect setting for a getaway.
What do you think those floors are made out of?
I wonder who was hung by those trees
I live in TN I would love to know where this is so I could drive by!!
And *this* is why all old houses should contain at least one malevolent, resident ghost.
Most likely a Wheat Plantation
Someone save this beautiful home!
Watch out to ticks Kappy. Just had one on me two weeks ago and still dealing with it. God Bless. Stay safe. Near Nashville Tn. These homes in this condition would still be worth thousands. Just love these old homes.
what state????
My god too hv that restored.why why do homes that stunning go too wasteside.shame shame
It is such a pleasant surprise when we see a mantle still on the fireplace. So often they are missing.
Probably had outhouses way back in time !
That noise from the traffic would keep someone from restoring it.
Great explore glad you didn’t fall through the floor
Oh my, completely stunning! Wish someone could afford to restore it.
oh my God .I love this place .
Beautiful old house. Too bad it’s been left to decay. Love, love, love the wrap front around front porch with the beautiful view. Thank you so much, Kappy!
I love the grand front entry doors and staircases in these old places.
I would LOVE a home like the 1st house ❤ thanks again
So sad. Ransacked and left to rot
I don't know what it is about these houses but my spirit loves them to death. My spirit keep telling to buy one. Thank you for this video.
First house is beaitful. Stunning. Could be there was an outhouse. Love these old houses, the woodwork and the fireplaces and beautiful windows too. 2nd house was ok. Nice staircase. Stupid vandals. Thanks for the tours Kappy. Beauties.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I would have to leave a trail of breadcrumbs to find my way back out of that house! But at least you would never be far away from a bathroom 😅
Wow! What a beauty! I'm sure someone would pay a lot of money for those fireplace mantels which is better than letting them rot away. Those were made to be looked upon and used, so wasteful.
Wouuu magnifique maison ❤❤❤ à rénover elle serai superbe 😊
Just beautiful!
The doors were all stolen it appears
Even with all the decay this house is still beautiful-I can only imagine what it was like in it’s day!
This is so beautiful! Why wouldn’t someone save this home.
This would make a great bed and breakfast or a shelter for displaced people. Hope somebody can save it.
If walls could talk & this one, having been Doctor's office with addition, would lead to book. Just Horrid, that not been kept updated, esp the roof.
That Fire King stove is from the 20s to the 30s and is in remarkable condition!. The pump organ is a Hamilton and why you find to many pianos and organs abandoned in homes is because it takes 6 men to move them. Ever move a piano or organ? I was an antique dealer in the 90s. These things weigh a ton! As for the outhouse, I am an insulator and bottle collector. There will probably be some great early bottles and possibly some Dec 19, 1871 dated insulators in the "night soil". Outhouses are great places to find early bottles and insulators.
Looks like no more hold me, kiss me or even whisper sweetly
LOVED the first one! The archway and porch trim are both still so solid looking. The whole house still looks solid besides that back room. I didn’t see any outlets but saw 1 or 2 light switches. No kitchen or bath either wow! Loved the layout too. Such a shame. Thank you! -John
do you think they would sell it
Nice grain in the grey mantle.
Is that "haint blue" on the porch ceiling?! *whoops! I commented too fast**...
Nice to see proper use of shutters. Nowadays people stick them on willey nilley, they were meant to close over a window.
I remember you doing a video on this house about a few years ago.
