Imagine seeing a meteor with both types of minerals. To amplify psychic powers and drive them crazy. If you could mix the two together and leave small deposits in populated areas, you would have a weapon of mass chaos.

I remember watching the milkman conspiracy a long time ago, I really enjoyed it and recently I found this video. After that I decided to watch the entire video series and brought the Psychonauts game series as a whole because of how much I enjoy this video series.

I question the diagnosis. Bipolar depression doesn’t seem to fit the mood lighting. The stormy, aggressive “bad mood” doesn’t read to me as depressive. My completely unqualified guess is borderline personality disorder. Instead of her behavior outside being one manic phase, we can read it as both “moods”. First, raz is there to praise and admire her, then he takes the trophy and he’s everything wrong with her life. Either everything’s happy sunshine rainbows or the entire world’s out to get her.

Believe it or not I was the scenario where U go into this DLC blindly with 0 context I didn't know the whole remedy franchise. I was like what the f is this game I really need some context. However I loved how silly it was, cuz I got how the developers of this game are obviously hqving so much fun with the game. So I just got into the spiral of the remedy verse

A realization I kinda had with Helmut is that he kinda *becomes* Raz’s mentor after “Nick” is lost. He’s using his body for a good part of the game and throughout his level, he’s giving life advice to Raz as he’s being helped, even being the first to teach him a new mental technique. Plus it also fits in another way; Rasputin is from a struggling circus family and Helmut was a struggling musician. If anyone could relate to Raz’s issues with high stress of a struggling career path, a flare for showmanship and maybe even relationship advice given he’s *also* Lili’s Great-Uncle through his marriage with Bob, Raz kind of got lucky

Honestly a bit of fridge heartwarming? Compton is Dogen’s grandfather. Dogen was one of the first *real* friends that Raz ever had that’s not his sister (hinted they were closer as kids) or the adults. In a way, Rasputin is giving back to Dogen (and by extension Sam) by helping their grandfather. I legit wonder if after the game, Compten goes to visit Dogen with Sam to maybe bring him into the fold.

Also a SPOILER for the other Psychic six to keep in mind: Pay attention to Bob’s flashback of Truman firing him. The man is looking like he’s about to burst into tears at the idea of having to make his own uncle leave the base. Given we don’t know anything about Lili’s grandparents, that has a implication about how he and Bob could have been

It just hit me that mental Boyd’s house is blocked off by cobwebs. He NEVER leaves it. Huge portions of his mind are operating subconsciously AT BEST. He’s refusing a whole bunch of common mental processes.

After finding your channel from the Alan Wake 2 DLC playthrough I've been watching all your Remedy videos in order. It's really cool to see how you puzzle out so much at different stages of the various game releases. I wanted to also comment that I'd also thought about the possibility of space related stories. I believe it was the original strategy guide for Alan Wake that included various documents including ads, newspaper clippings, Pat Maine interviews, manuscript pages, etc. One was a newspaper article about UFO's seen hovering over Cauldron Lake seen by over a dozen witnesses and lasting over 30 minutes. Idk if it's just meant to be a reference to Zane's lighted diving suit being spotted though. But since then I wondered if they'd do a space story. Now with the space missions in Control and Tim Breaker being obsessed with UFOs and thinking Door is an alien, along with his note by the lake saying he searches the sky above the water. Idk, maybe there will be a future space related plot.

what an unfortunate choice of decade to make this one. fate has a sense of humor it seems, or is it more like irony?
