Isn’t it funny that the police are trying to get her to break the law? It is assault and battery for her to do anything to the patient for which that patient has not given permission! They should have done their jobs, and called the judge for a warrant! At best it would take 10 minutes! These laws have been drilled into our heads all throughout our nursing-student careers! WE CANNOT TOUCH A PATIENT WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT! IT IS ASSAULT AND BATTERY!!! I really bet the police would stand up in court to testify for us in $1 million lawsuit!

As a cyclist, I understand physics. You respect the mass. The ass backwards logic some folks have with their decision making is terrifying. I got hit by a car while I was going down the main road with the right of way and he was leaving a side ride but obviously in a rush. F*cker kept going. Quickly learned to ride like I'm invisible. Only time I ever assumed someone was going to respect a stop sign or be a decent driver. Even while driving, that mindset has kept me outta accidents with other smooth brained motorists.

Shes following the her orders also as set by the Hospital and i dont see them arresting them that are also telling her that she is correct in what she standing up for ...this is outrageous that law enforcement just wouldn't get the paper work or warrant for it and be done instead they cause more problems...but i guess the next employee at the hospital gave them the blood draw so they also wouldnt go to jail ...so sad 😔 that others have rules but police 🚨 believe sometimes they dont have to follow them ...and those blood draws they wouldve took wouldnt probably been able to use against that person because of how they were taken ...GOD BLESS EVERYONE ¡¡¡☆☆☆❤

I don't know why you guys are even delving into polls anymore. A sample size of 600 feels too small for many to take them seriously. Also, polls are nothing more than transient snapshots taken in a specific time, and recent years should be a hint that the golden age of polling is over. As a recent example, the 2022 midterm polls were anticipating an enormous red wave all over America,. Instead, it turned out to just be a tiny red puddle. Trends provide more accurate information than polls do. Polls aren't voters, people are voters. I say we just wait until the Election Day results come in, then we'll get polls that actually have substance to them.
