Her ignorance is inexcusable. Japanese will always be hated by the Chinese, Koreans and Filipinos because they refuse to apologise and admitting evil. How can she be so stupid and bot know they were in the axis

Know I know why Japan is a nationalist and racist country: they don't educate things not important for their perfect capitalist working bees

1:15 I'm from Melbourne, Australia and I'm not sure why either. For me it was mandatory from grade 3 to 6 then a choice was given to continue learning it or study Italian instead in highschool. I assumed it was because we were closer to Japan than many other first world countries because Japanese tourism or immigration isn't that high in my experience compared to other Asian countries such as Vietnam, India and the Philippines. We also had "sister schools" in Japan where students from both schools would travel to the others country for a week or so to live in a native students house whose family would volunteer to accommodate them so the students could experience the different culture. A cool program for giving children life long experiences and education on foreign culture. I still remember kids circling around the Japanese students like paparazzi wanting to get to know them and become friends. I was still nervous going on 3 day long school camping trips let alone foreign countries though... brave kids 😅

Japan also bombed the shit out of Darwin Australia. My Japanese partner also has zero idea of WW2. I understand the reasoning behind not teaching such shameful things to your kids but ...many men and women innocents all over Asia and Australia died and were brutalised horrifically. For the countries who were victims I.e China, Korea, Philippines, Australia and the rest... forgetting is not an option. And it is almost offensive in a way that these things are NOT taught to the Japanese public who in my opinion have very strong beliefs about the atom bomb being used on Japanese cities ( almost like ... what did we do to deserve this) but with zero knowledge of the horrific actions by the Japanese that played a part in that decision to bomb Hiroshima and Nagasaki. All war is bad but we need to air dirty laundry to make clean.
