Sure, here is a summary of the video and some important sentences broken down: * Don't just focus on what you eat, but also when you eat. Eating sugary treats like chocolate cake after a meal is better than on an empty stomach because it helps control blood sugar spikes. * Eating foods high in fiber like vegetables or exercising after a meal can also help control blood sugar spikes. * Calorie counting is not very useful because it's difficult to track accurately and not all calories are equal. Our bodies burn more calories digesting whole foods like nuts, fruits and vegetables. * Eat a wide variety of foods to keep your gut microbiome healthy. This includes fermented foods like yogurt and kefir. * Limit ultra-processed foods like pizza, ready meals, biscuits, and even some seemingly healthy options like supermarket breads and breakfast cereals. * The future of nutrition might be personalized. People might be able to tailor their diet based on their unique gut microbiome. * In the meantime, there are some general healthy eating principles: choose whole foods over processed foods, eat a variety of foods, and limit unrecognizable ingredients.

This is garbeg. Trust me if you don't follow this, you will have better critical thinking. Critical thinking is all about having a better reason for your believes? So always ask questions and varify if the argument and conclusion is valid and rught or not.

The illuminati is nothing more then crypto communists disguised as satanists as both groups are "illuminated" athiest communists have always had an affinity with their persecuted ideological relatives (satanists) and they both like ti color red. After Reagen humiliated (triggered) the communists they dissolved and went underground so they could be more effective, raise the iron curtain and deal in the underworld without government accountability. And to exact revenge. Hence at the same time we see the appearance of the "red satanist illuminati" elite in Hollywood and the west most likely to gather like minded people for the goal of global communism

The whole idea of race really comes down to humans being hard wired to notice facial features that they are less familiar with. Like yes certain features are more common in certain geographical regions. But the features are not universal to the group.

Technically belly buttons are created from the way the doctor ties off the umbellical cord. The doctors are deciding which way they want to them to go (in or out)

10% that visits zoos is no validation for them. The majority of people eats animals just for taste and pleasure but that argument does not hold against critical thinking on if it should be allowed to keep and kill animals just for food.

What do you do when you start your day with the hardest task you have and it never ends? You may be stuck, you may not be stuck, the time the task requires is uncertain, the solutions don't come good, or anything else.
