  Элвис и его стремительный взлет на вершину олимпа был феноменален, а также было его падение и закат, но чтобы легенда вновь ожила ему предложили еще раз сделать выступление, чтобы взбудоражить чувства к легенде, а затем чтобы легенда не угасла навсегда, была спланирована его смерть и это потрясение вознесла славу Элвиса до небес и он остался кумиром миллионов на многие десятилетия!

  We celebrate Martin Luther King Day on the third Monday of each January and I say it's about time there is an Elvis Presley Day on August 16, 1977 which should also be recognized as a Federal Holiday. What Elvis meant to his country here along with serving in the military. Like old time music here. Can never be matched or duplicated in the history of music entertainment. I am surprized to not see it happened yet.

  Losing Elvis Presley here reminded me of that little girl on Frosty the Snowman who was in tears over losing Frosty due to melting away. As Santa stood there and told that little girl dont worry about Frosty because every year Frosty returns. I believe that is the case here with Elvis on his Biirthday he returns in spirit.

  I wish I hadn't watched this. Now I know that Elvis had no dancing skills at all. He looks stiff as a board in most of them. Those "moves" looks like something my 5 yo old grandson does after he's eaten too much sugar candy. LOL

  John lennon said before Elvis there was nothing you cant get a bigger compliment than that and Elvis had a state funeral normally only for presidents thats how big he was and still is he was above anyone we have ever seen in any lifetime ..❤

  Elvis died many years before i was even born, and yet after watching this and listening to his music growing up i feel such a sadness and loss for a person i never even knew. It just goes to show you the kind of person, the kind of impression he left behind

  I was 20 years old, and I remember standing in the kitchen with my 2 year old son when his death was announced on the radio. I guess most people would remember where they were or what they were doing when they first heard the news.
