U Fix It Garage is dedicated to paying back the KZread community by helping solve common problems. I focus on DIY projects and modifications to improve every day products. While I don't mind spending money, especially on quality American Made products, I believe in saving money where I can. While some degree of mechanical ability and common tools are needed I try to keep things simple enough that anyone can do it.
I have a deep appreciation for the youtube community and hope that my videos help people.

Thank you for this

Where did you locate the hub specs for your P32? *I’m working on P42 w/ Dana 80, but unable to locate any diff specs
Thank you
is the email address I'm putting in my email or should I be creating a new email specifically just for the printer?
My 2003 F250 seat back flips down when you press a lever on the side. What year did ford stop doing that?
Great video thanks!
Can you still control calls and music from the cardo unit or from carpuride or both?
You saved my life with this, man. I had given up on getting this starter out, which meant losing my job, being out on the street, turning to crime, prostitution, and the brief respite offered by drugs. You really helped me out. That sounds like a joke, but that's the reality of being in a tough spot with no options.
Thank you, great video, my son and I replaced our starter.
I like that you are very detailed but you don’t take forever to explain everything you are straight to the point but you make sure it’s easy enough to learn
hi, what do you mean by gmail password? some of us have 2 step authentication. Is there a way for that? thank you
Thanks. Helped me out a lot.
What year is this optima? Great video
What year, make and model?
caution! Don't buy from rock auto. The right part number with the correct picture came in as a drum instead of a rotor for the rear and they have no way of helping you. Stuck for 2 freights now. coming and going. Now I know why the price was so good
They are called Rear Spindle Nut Set with Ratchet Style Spindle Nuts
Just my luck. Took my 2004 P32 axle out and the lock nut is a ratchetting lock nut. Ever see one of them. I think it preloads at 50 ft lbs and then release and snug up to zero lbs. Any information would be appreciated. Have nice day.
Adding a comment to bump.
hi can you tell me ( or do you know ) the torque spec you pur on the front spindle nut if you evr change the bearings on this 5 studs hub thank you
Thank you
Awesome video. I was just a little worried because you wouldn’t disconnect the negative from battery. 😵
Did not see the torque for the axle cover nuts
Thanks for the help
Game Changer!!!!! Like you said. Easy job when you have someone to take the time to go step by step and talk in English not Mechanic

WOW! About to hit 5 years and 1.3 million views. I'm so glad I have been able to help so many people. Thank you to everyone who has subscribed, liked and commented!! It means a lot to me. Please keep it up. I have been away for a while but am back creating new content. I will have new FORD F series videos out soon. Stay safe in these crazy times.
Thank you! Awesome tutorial
You don’t have to go through all that. Jack it up, remove plate with 4 bolts, remove fresh air intake tube, starter 2 bolts and remove. No cooling hose, no intake plenum, no fan assembly, no throttle body removals.
Take the battery out first and give yourself a little more room, then curse the engineers who designed this engine
THANKS!! Easy peasy
Hi! Hi! After using the 502 for some time, are you still happy with the device and with its size? Would the 702 be too big for the Ténéré? Thank you
I used my Infina Ray thermal camera mounted on a pair of VR googles for under 350 bucks including the camera. I can see over 500yards as clear as day, the simple vr googles allow me to pop my phone in the googles. The whole unit is actually much smaller then these box goggles.
I have an ‘88 super chief 31QR and was wondering if a 4 ton hydraulic jack would be enough to jack up a corner at a time to put it on stands? Otherwise the only other way I can think to lift it is cutting a 2x12 into 12x12 squares nailing a bunch together so I can use a 10 ton bottle jack to lift up an axle at a time. Currently it’s a no crank, I just replaced the continuous duty solenoid and I hav rust to see if that fixed the no start but it sat for a while and it might have electrical damage from rodents In the back so I’m not certain the levelers will work.
outstanding video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you so much
god i love sbc's
Such a great description. Did it with the help of my son. Thanks!
You are a Pro... thanks
Great presentation thank you. I'm not sure if my starter is the culprit or my battery. I trickle-charged battery all night (will test it later with voltage meter) but it didn't make a difference when I tried starting the car. It almost feels like the battery is weak, but not 100% sure. My question is how do you know the starter is bad vs the battery or the alternator? When I push the starter button it struggles to turn over, (the cranking is very labored) but it starts. I'm having trouble understanding what it really is. I've never had a starter go bad so I don't know what the symptoms are. Labored starting or turning over is basically the deal. Thanks for any input on this. I'm trying to avoid spending money not needed by understanding the logic behind the process.
Great, thank you!!!
Thanks for the video it was very helpful. Did one today and you don’t actually have to take the intake loose. Just take the lower mount off for the intake and you can wiggle it out.
This is a great DIY project, thanks for posting it. What diameter is the spiral cut bit and where can it be purchased?
Nice kit! But no electrical stuff.
Some great ideas there my friend. Good usable tool kit too. I'm just putting a tool kit together for my bike atm. I'll def take some of your tips on board. Cheers Gez
Good job and a lot faster. My car is at the Dealer maybe blown engine 2014 Sportage 38,311 miles. 4/12/2024
