  You can grow them on Petri dishes that contain bacteria for them to eat.   This and the previous video on Potable Aqua tabs were very informative. Can you test water under the microscope purified with Potable Aqua Chlorine Dioxide purification tablets? Those are supposed to eliminate more contaminants, including Cryptosporidium. So, it would be fascinating to see the comparison.
