you are 10-1 bacteria over human. you have 10x more bacteria cells than human cells. you are just another organism in the cycle. even though we wrote ourselves out of the definition of nature start by being a conscious consumer. including getting no polyester bedding, all natural clothing, and going down the food rabbit hole. chemical farming is the lost of human health and i don’t like thinking at 40x mag you can see these guys but in the end they make you stronger because the human needs epigenetics from other organisms to evolve. think what wearing a mask does and what you are breathing in, you are devolving because we need these organisms to literally live this miracle.

I go to a wellness dentist. They show you your saliva under a microscope. They did it before a cleaning, I could see my white blood cells moving around. There were a lot. She told me to tell my doctor about it and I got tested but they didn’t find anything wrong. They then took a sample after I had my teeth cleaned and there was not a single white blood cell left to be seen. They did a good job cleaning.

For whoever has allergy to dust mites, this might help: I vacuum my bed with one of those powerful Dyson vacuums once a week, my sheets and pillows. It helps a lot. Also, my doctor prescribed me "Telfast 180mg" which helped me a lot, since the first day I took it, and I take once a day. So if one day you wake up and all itchy as hell, with your head burning and shins itchy and youre like "WHAT THE HELL" and its going on for months and you think you gonna jump from a high place till the allergy doctor appointment arrives, try to ask your family doctor about it which is probably more available the specialist ones.

You can't see dust mites with the naked eye, what you probably saw is another type of mite that you can see albeit it's very tiny. Eczema is chronic, man. He can’t really get better from it. Anyway eczema isn’t that bad! It’s just super dry and sensitive skin usually. Sometimes bleeding if it’s really bad. So as long as he keeps lotion with him and keeps out of irritants like chlorine, it won’t pop up too much. If his eczema’s really bad, I’m sure he has a prescribed cream for it, too.

Wow, so you are able to see dust mites with only magnified 40× I thought you need at least 100× and still really small. So with 40× and you can even see it big, so can you see it with your naked eyes?

They are about 0.3 mm so if you try really hard and have good eyes yes you can see them I guess.

and you just got so many by vacuuming dark spots? Did you wash the dust out an collect them from the top of the water? Because I read everywhere, and experienced by myself that itˋs not easy to spy catched ones or even to catch one.

I vacuumed my carpet. And I sampled the dust at the bottom from the vacuum cleaner. No water added. But I could see at least one mite in the slide.
