Great video, man. I'm from cold-ass Philadelphia, bracing for the next five months of never seeing a girl in shorts. Been saying for the last three winters it would be my last here, but it is what it is. It looks beautiful there, man. My girl and I loved our time in Nevada, been checking out apartments online, but now I'm learning it gets COLD there! Not cold-cold like here, but still. I want where it's nice year round. What's the job market like there? I've done inside sales, phone sales, tended bar, etc. I can talk my ass off, especially if I'm making money doing so, haha. Just, I'd need to be making enough to actually live in Brickell. I don't wanna end up in some not-so-nice part of Miami. If I want to feel like I could be mugged at any moment, I'd just stay here, haha.
I appreciate that my man. I do not know your financial situation or risk tolerance but if I were in your situation and had at least 6 months of living expenses saved, I would hop on a plane and move to where I wanted to be. You can find a sales job here, or a remote sales job. You can also go online and look for jobs in the area before moving. There is a building in Brickell that is slept on because it is older but it is beautiful and has one of the best views in the city. A studio or 1-1 will run you around $2K in that building (which is not expensive compared to the rest of Brickell). The weather is amazing year round. I am currently wearing shorts in October while writing this😂 Come on down man, when there is a will - there is a way!
Brickell is very beautiful! But it’s a little too fast for me, and very expensive. I love visiting the City Centre and walking around the area! Lots to see and do. Great video.

Brickell does not remind me Manhattan .that's why I live on downtown. Manhattan is B's , looks like old filthy granny with old fashion dress of 60 ies .on mamgatran people were rats ,buildings are like coffins dirty ,with red pipes smocking , infrastructure ruined. Dems states people if you love your Dems states live there . Florida is mix of Latin America and Europe ..Miami is same ..in Miami I can't feel smell of California Chicago or NYC 😢😢😢
Brickell is similar in terms of density and walkability. I agree that Miami is one of a kind, it is the future. The city will only continue to grow and develop.

Yes. I believe prices will be dramatically higher in the next few years. In Brickell you can buy a modern condo on the water with high end amenities for sub $500K. Similar condos with similar features in other major cities are much more expensive. With more people moving here and the area growing, prices will increase. @@terib2329 Yes, prices on the west side are lower. Those buildings aren’t as desirable. West Brickell doesn’t really feel like Brickell. All the action happens from the middle of Brickell to the east. The closer you are to Brickell ave, or the water, the better.
for me personally Brickell has more cons than pro,a small congested and expensive area, where you could spend 1 hour,a lot panhandles homeless around.if you want to come live in a stressful headache noise welcome to Brickell specifically with foolish drivers without coming from other cities and countries and the Cuban cops who don't even speak any English thinking they are white.i don't understand why people would spend so much money 💰 to buy a penthouse here ,it's a waste of money.think before you make any decision and don't wait later to say I regretted it.

It really depends on the location that you are referring to but the answer is probably yes. Brickell has a high ADR compared to near by neighborhoods. Also, Brickell has recently entered the expansion phase of it’s real estate market cycle. It has been undervalued for years. Prices finally started to increase last year and prices will continue to rise. The area presents a cashflow play as well as an appreciation play.
