for me personally Brickell has more cons than pro,a small congested and expensive area, where you could spend 1 hour,a lot panhandles homeless around.if you want to come live in a stressful headache noise welcome to Brickell specifically with foolish drivers without coming from other cities and countries and the Cuban cops who don't even speak any English thinking they are white.i don't understand why people would spend so much money 💰 to buy a penthouse here ,it's a waste of money.think before you make any decision and don't wait later to say I regretted it.
