My question to you is how come none of the fuses or safety items before the computer were damaged or tripped? Why was the computer not protected? I'm having same issue with mine hopefully the computer will fix if everything else with power and ground tests out

BIG QUESTIONS,, TODAY I CHANGED MODE DOOR ,, (did blend door last year fto temp side) but even after mode door actuator STILL NOT IN CORRECT POSITIONS THE FLOOR IS DEFROST THE VENT ONLY IN VENT AND FLOOR THE VENT N FLOOR IS DEFROST ALL ARE OFF , I can manually switch the door with switch pulled out and get all the positions but not as strong as once was , ,i think somehow the actual door flap is offset out of whack in some way .i tried 2 different actuators so not them its the POSITIONS that are wrong . I even opened 1 switch to move the gear to match where i had the actual position but it just returns to wrong places once in n running ,and no synchronization or recalibration makes any difference??ANY THOUGHTS IDEAS ???? ITS NOT MY FIRST TIME i reallay think i need to skip a position in the actual door it had to have slippped or skipped original position. Any advise??

????🤔🤔🤔🤔question i changed mine and it functions but not correctly never blows fully out of vent i can manually change it under dash the calibration doesn't work eiter its always off ,, so then i put it manually into vent , and then even open the actuator moved gear to be in same position still will not move to proper positions always off floor or defrost never out of vents .. IDEAS??? COULD IT HAVE SKIPPED POSITIONS NO MATTER WHAT WILL NOT GO TO PROPER POSITIONS??

I have a 2016 Chevy Cruze When you put gas in it it doesn’t wanna turn over plus it dosent really wanna go like it should I can’t explain it very well like if you step on the gas and the rpm’s go up it will shift and build up speed I think the code is an intake manifold sensor but I’m not sure

I got no communication with the ECU. But can communicate with other separate systems, airbags, immobilizer etc. I've checked ECU power and i have power to the ECU. Car will crank all day long. No start. Seems like the injectors and spark plugs are not firing either Let me add this is a demolition derby car. I did some welding on the car, front bumper area and inside the car on the b pillars. Ground clamp was on driver's door the entire time. Battery was disconnected while welding. ECU was not. Something happened while welding. Started no problem before and was a daily driver. I tried a know good ECU and it fired for half a second and back to the same thing. Crank all day. No start. This was before I knew all 3 peices ECU/key/ignition had to be a matching set. Even when I matched the Vin with the donor ecu/ignition/key, nothing. Something shorting out somewhere? I'm at a loss here. I'm dumb founded?

One possible cause is the underneath the engine bay fuse box, the box with wire connectors may be burned causing interruption when hot especially on hot days, recommended fix is to get a professional car electrician to wire a new fuse box for the one that's burnt
