Have you thought about doing something along the lines of consulting? I feel like there's more work/life balance in that and you could pick and chose your jobs while getting some of the fulfilment you're looking for. Would also be great for the channel to share common mistakes you see or different ways companies are going about their processes. Either way I'm sure what ever you decide you'll do great! Love the comfy vibe life updates!

Ah, I am also currently going through my first layoff, and I resonate so much with sleeping at 5 am and waking up at noon. Now I know I'm not alone. 😅

I would say that for myself turning 30 in 6 months, I am a recent grad from university (non-traditional student), I am struggling to find a path that makes sense financially, creatively, and professionally. The template might help me understand my goals better and help me to decide on a path. I have considered design and film, but want to create a path that I can enjoy each day. Btw I love your videos and the fresh perspective from someone else who is the same age and changing careers, makes me know I'm at least not alone in my search for life purpose.
9:20 would you consider working in startups/scaleups maybe? I guess some cons are potential lack of structure at earlier stages (unless you like that!) and obvi the money isn’t there but it can be more exciting/rewarding

Hmm i think a balance could be a senior role at a scaleup (around Series B ish) where there is a strong foundation and resources but growth is still v quick with a lot of possibilities/control over direction and strategy
