Great video on how to replace motor. I think the only thing I would do different is not re-use the pump seal. The OEM says to change it with the motor and they usually wear out. The outer (larger) o-ring is also something to be looked at and replaced if needed. Electrical wires needed to be in conduit or not exposed if code inspection occurs. Perfect video on the how to portion!
Wow great idea 😊👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Best Video - Great video quality and expert step by step explanations. Thank You
Glad it was helpful!
Great hanging method. We are looking to install privacy curtains, but i wasn't sure what method to use to hang them. After seeing your install method, I think I will use this method instead. Thanks for sharing. 🇺🇸GODBlessAmerica🇺🇸
Glad it helped
Thank you John!
Welcome!
what are the torque specs on each of these bolts/nuts? Loctite, yes no?
Sorry, I do not. As I mentioned on the video A good friend of mine did it for me.
Hi, we have a Vacuum Cleaner Hose Set and RV AC Filters for your machines. We're happy to offer you a free product for you to review. Are you interested?
Man after watching and listening to your video makes me think this will be really simple. Thank you for your excellent commentary.
Glad it was helpful!
You are genius and saved me
Glad it helped.
BTW what is the name of the water panel that is in your RV
Not sure of the name but its on a 2003 Dolphin LX
You are a life saver.
Glad it helped!
That’s what that little tab is for. Excellent video thank you.
Glad it helped!
Excellent tutorial 👍🏼❤
Thank you. Glad it helped.
This may be the best repair video I have ever seen. You didn't skip any steps, spoke clearly and simply, noted your mistake and every step was thoroughly explained. the camera work showed everything clearly and the inset diagram of the door assembly was extremely helpful. Great video!
Thank you very much for the feedback Anthony. I was really glad to get it done since the new tenant was moving in the following day! Glad its helping other people as well.
Narration by Barney Rubble.
😂
Best video ever! Thanks. Used it yesterday and saved myself 1300! The local pool store wanted 1600 to replace it. I asked if they were intentionally trying to go out of business? Will get the old motor fixed and have my spare. Thanks again for the great vid.
Very smart to have the old one rebuilt. Glad it helped! Thanks for the feedback.
That's really great idea!
Always very ingenious, John! Thanks for sharing my friend. 👍👍 Have a good weekend....Elio
Many thanks Elio. Take Care!👍
Super super helpful!!!!
So glad! Thank you for the great feedback.
@@JohnCRV I ordered a 2 pack from Amazon that came in a few hours and fixed the problem right the way. Thank you! Really needed the cleaning
Is there any switches that need to flipped before cutting the cord? Would i have to turn the battery switch off?
Not sure what kind of extension you have but I'm able to disconnect the other end from my motorhome in which it isolates it from everything. If yours is not disconnect able see your manual or call manufacturer...
@@JohnCRV thank you. I'll check with Forrest River. I just don't want any hot wire when I cut the end of and handle the wire. Thank you
@@emmanueldorn3211 I agree! Better to be safe than sorry. 👌
Thanks for posting these instructions. This is going to be my project tomorrow, replacing my Pentair 1 HP motor.
I hope it helps. Good luck!
Only came here to see what size the nuts are. Not that I'm special and deserve it, but if you're going to be as thorough as you are: mention what damn size the nuts are. Would be especially beneficial to rookies.
Thanks for the feedback but If you would have read the first row in the description you would have seen the following note: "10mm socket for terminals and 15mm socket for fastener." Mia Colpa!, I did forget to mention it, the rookies would have appreciated without looking for it in the description.. Thanks again for the great comment.
@JohnCRV fair enough. I just tend not to bother reading descriptions when they're full of emoji puke and links. To boot, the jeep I threw a battery in was a 10mm for the battery retainer.
Thank you!🥰
You’re welcome 😊 Glad it helped.
Dies the ceiling have to be closed, bc in mind I can see straight through the to the attic and curious if that's why my ac stays running bc it's trying to cool down attic too
Sorry, not sure what you mean. This is the bottom floor to a 2 story building. No attic involved here. But I do have ducts in the attic for the upstairs apartment. The attic ducts need to be the insulated type to be able to contain cool air.
How do you put the weight ring on the hose. It can’t snap over any part of the head of the hose. If you try to put it between sections, there’s no room for the sections to connect. ?? Thanks
squeeze the hose in the middle and it should go on. it will not fit over the connections cause the plastic is too hard...
Thanks for giving me the confidence to tackle this in my Avalanche. I just finished and it worked great. Yours is the best on youtube for this repair. PS. check and replace some of the rotting foam under the dash while your in there.
Glad it helped! Thanks for the feedback👍
Is that an H6 sized battery? I have 2019 Camry as well, went to Autozone and they had the hardest time getting the negative side secured once screwed back. The battery you take out looks like the same model I have.
All I can tell you is that it was the original factory battery. Went to Advance Auto, which was the closest store and got an exchange. No issues with any of the terminals but it was a little hard to get the negative on and off because it was tight area...
This video just saved me $250. Thank you! THANK YOU! Thank you!
Glad it helped... Thank you for the feedback.
Thank you so much for the detailed video! Helped me while my husband has been gone for work 😅
Glad it helped... Thank you for the feedback.

Another video
👍
Do you think we can change this?
Depends how comfortable you are.
I am so glad I found this video. I have a new motor coming in two days and would have totally screwed up the installation without it.
Glad it helped... Thank you for the feedback.
Great idea Sir.
Thanks 👍
Thank you so much. I haven’t done it yet but know I can with ur video as I know the pump is on its last leg! Perfectly clear enough for a 68 widow granny!
Glad it helped. Good luck and thank you for the feedback.
Thank you bro
Glad it helped
Thank you so much! I had been aying with the pool settings for several weeks thinking that was the reason that the vacuum wasn't working. It turns out that the lung wasn't in right. The temp outside today was 110 degrees... Much appreciated!!!
You're welcome!! Glad it helped.
Where can I find this type of battery?
You can order them from Amazon Energizer CR2032 Batteries, 3V Lithium Coin Cell 2032 Watch Battery: amzn.to/3tQvnkI or Any store usually carries them...
Thank you! I need to do this soon and you've given me a great blueprint. I appreciate you sharing this.
Thanks for the feedback. Glad it was helpful!
Good job👍
Hey Calvin, Thank you for comment. I always have a habit to click on commenter's channels and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! So much so, I subbed. Thanks again.

Thank you very much for the feedback. Glad it helped!
Best video for battery replacement!! thank you very much.👍
Thank you for the feedback. Glad it helped.
Nice job and to the point my question is do I need to disconnect batteries b4 I do the replacement
Not sure what kind of extension you have but I'm able to disconnect mine. from my motorhome in which it isolates it from everything. If yours is not disconnect able see your manual or call manufacturer...
