    It's sad that he has passed his prime. Adam Peaty, hopefully he can still get on the podium in Paris if not winning the gold medal. He has been so dominating in the past and it's unfortunate he won't be leaving the scene with a bang.

    @@ostelot1biondi800 It’s a swim through meet, we’ll see atleast a 57 mid in Paris when he’s tapered and shaved

    he does not have the opportunity to take any rest for the passing competitions. He said in an interview that the training program is already accelerated and he has to sacrifice a lot. so I think that in Paris he will swim 57.6

    I think it's difficult... AP has already past his peak period. Getting on podium is the best ending we can hope for. Whatever, he has proved himself countless times, the greatest breakstroke swimmer of all time.

    I studied in England, In Birmingham. I didn't know much about swimming at that time. That's why I didn't look for you. If I go to England again, I want to take pictures with the players at AP CLUB. I live in south korea and I am deeply moved by your videos. I like breaststroke and have an Adam Peaty swim cap, but I also want to meet other swimmers. I dream of that day

    I’ve done years of both and Cryo is a pale imitation of a true cold plunge. It’s super cold, but entirely superficial-only the skin gets chilled-while immersion in cold water lowers the core temperature far more because water is such an effective conductor of heat. With cryo, your hands, feet and head are protected and these are the areas with the most surface vascularity and susceptibility to heat transfer. Cryo is a high cost cold plunge lite. Borderline scam, IMO.

  • @davidedelazzari1822
    @davidedelazzari1822Ай бұрын

    work on frequency, and timing (if your technique is already good), then you need lactate work, power, capacity and peak, together with a base of aerobic capacity and aerobic power ,works a lot in the gym, strength and plyometrics and then tries to transform it in water with strength work in water, weights, and resistance (towers, parachutes, elastic bands)

  • @UndercoverWaffleMan
    @UndercoverWaffleManАй бұрын

    Work on explosiveness, especially in the legs, and in the throwing forward of the arms. Returning to the streamline position as fast as possible is important. Pause bench press, close grip bench press, pause squats, box squats, power cleans, hang cleans, heavy pull ups, all will help you, but just getting in the water and training is the most helpful.

    Yes we have .... Keep your head down and swim fast 💪 🏊‍♂️

  • @kaylaq3976
    @kaylaq397615 күн бұрын

    For breaststroke make sure you keep your head down and shoot straight while reaching kinda like streamline, do I little chest press just enough to keep your butt up at the surface and really focus on small kicks, knees together! And Glide!!! For backstroke I would say keep your legs up at the surface and rotate while keeping your head straight. I hope that helps! :)
