  The oil is a special oil to help the new blades from oxidizing/ becoming rusty, and to make sure they stay sharp :D

  this was so helpful!! i have an older model sewing machine that only does zigzag, and the ways i’ve seen people machine gathering doesn’t work with zigzag D: so this was a life saver!!
