DIY Easy Simple Kaftan Top Made From Scraps

Don't throw away those scraps away! Why not use them to make an easy, simple, quick Kaftain top. These scraps were cut from a prom dress over 10 years ago. ( I always keep large, beautiful scrap pieces) As you can see, it was well worth it! Try this project which should take a couple of hours to make or less. Give it a try...Happy Sewing!
