Thank you for your comment!🎉
Amazing video
Glad you think so!
So on a brand new home, would I need to sand the garage floor or Acid wash before primer? Thank you for making the video! This makes me feel a lot more confident on tackling this for my garage.
We recommend only mechanical grinding.
Why were you not applying with a gauge rake but with a squeegee?
Also, what was the thickness you were laying? Shouldn't you aerate the material?
Lastly, what did you use for your top coat? Polyure with Alum Oxide?
Magic screed is the best tool for the topcoat distribution.
Looks great 👍🏻
Thank you for your contribution!
I think you don’t need that jutterbug device, the vibrations from a good fart should level that piss water crete! LOL 😂 Yo Caro Taco Bell! 💨
Thanks for the tips! 😂
@@duomit 😂 LOL Just an educated guess, I’m a long time mason contractor! Thought you might see the humor in it! 👍😉

you don't have to deflate the bubbles with a spiked roller. It will be smooth superficial with it?
Not for metallic. It will leave a pattern on the epoxy
Looks like it had to be re-sanded to get a lot of the trash and bubbles out of it. turned out nice though.
It was re-sanded, you're right! Thank you for your contribution!
Looks nice 🎉
Thank you 😋
You did a beautiful job
Thanks for watching!
Can you list the equipment that I would need to get this done. I'm currently outside of the USA. I would nee dto ship it to where I live.
Installing metallic epoxy flooring requires a specific set of equipment and tools to ensure a successful and aesthetically pleasing result. Here's a list of the essential items you'll need: 1. **Safety Gear**: - Safety goggles or glasses - Nitrile gloves - Dust mask or respirator 2. **Surface Preparation**: - Floor grinder or sander - Concrete or surface repair materials (if necessary) - Shop vacuum or dust extraction system - Degreaser and concrete cleaner 3. **Primer and Base Coat**: - Epoxy primer specific to your metallic epoxy system - Paint roller with extension handle - Paint tray and liners 4. **Metallic Epoxy Kit**: - Metallic epoxy resin kit (typically includes two or more components that need to be mixed) - Metallic pigment powders - Mixing containers and stirring sticks - Squeegee or notched trowel - Roller cover (often with a short nap) 5. **Decorative Elements** (optional): - Decorative flakes or chips (for added texture and depth) - Stencils or masking tape for creating patterns or designs 6. **Top Coat and Sealant**: - Clear epoxy or polyurethane topcoat (UV-resistant for better durability) - Paint roller with extension handle - Paint tray and liners 7. **Application Tools**: - Paintbrush or artist's brush (for cutting in along edges and corners) - Paint roller frame with an extension handle - Paintbrushes for touch-ups 8. **Mixing and Application Equipment**: - Mixing paddle and drill (for thoroughly mixing the epoxy components) - Plastic buckets for mixing (as per the manufacturer's instructions) - Measuring tools (for precise mixing ratios) 9. **Squeegee or Trowel**: - A squeegee or notched trowel is essential for spreading the epoxy smoothly and evenly across the floor. 10. **Cleanup Supplies**: - Solvent or cleaner for cleaning tools and spills - Rags or disposable towels Please note that the specific tools and equipment you require may vary based on the manufacturer's instructions and the size and complexity of your metallic epoxy project. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines and safety recommendations when working with epoxy products, and consider consulting with a professional if you're not experienced in epoxy flooring installation.

Nice job
Thank you! Cheers!
Awesome job! Turned out beautiful!
Thank you! 😊
hey what do you think of this crazy idea? What if I bought a decorate concrete roller that had a CSP finish of 4-5 lets say. If I used that on my concrete to finish, and no sealer, would it be ready to pour directly over it without sanding or shotblasting?
Nope. 100% you need to profile the floor CSP 4-5 is not much
Great tutorial. Thankyou we will definitely give it a go 😂
Always!
Your work is very amazing, I wish to be part of your team
We are looking for talented people!
@@duomit I really do my job with passion and I have a lot of talents in this field and I have a long experience

Nice work bro. Hope lots of business goes your way.
The season began last year and has yet to come to a close.
How do you apply if concrete looks like it’s had paint on it before?
Proper preparation is essential. Begin by fully removing any existing material. Then, follow the CSP 2-3 guidelines.
I follow your works on KZread and benefit a lot from them. Thank you, dear
Glad to hear that
@@duomit I wish you all the best
Thanks

Very nice
A "non-slip resistant" that's good, if it was slip resistant, people wouldn't fall.but since it's "non"... let the ice skating begin!!
Indeed!
Great job guys

So just to be clear Part A&B have to be mix then you add a clear coat?
Part A is white, B is clear.
So on any flooring I should use a primer? I don't really know what GU-30 is?
WB primer is necessary, coat of high solids epoxy. GU-30 is a high solids polyurethane.
Floor looks great. Thanks
Our pleasure!
What products yll use on the project?
High-solids epoxy with high-solids urethane with the glassbead.
Awesome job! Is this a water base stain?
