So on a brand new home, would I need to sand the garage floor or Acid wash before primer? Thank you for making the video! This makes me feel a lot more confident on tackling this for my garage.

We recommend only mechanical grinding.
What do you think of polyaspartic vs. epoxy? Also, what considerations are there for flooring a garage in a given climate...like Texas vs. Massachusetts?

Polyaspartic works just great over epoxy. And yes, it will be easier to work in a colder climate! Bingo

Can clear epoxy be placed on white vinyl flooring? Or would I need to add white pigment to the clear epoxy? I've heard that when applying some epoxy resin on white surfaces can cause yellowing! I'm very dumbfounded lol need help don't want to mess this up!! I haven't laid the white vinyl tiles yet but when I do I'm planning to use white grout in between the tiles, also not sure if the epoxy would turn yellow bc of this!?

Yes, you can. But as you mentioned any epoxy will start yellowing under the UV.
So just to be clear Part A&B have to be mix then you add a clear coat?

Part A is white, B is clear.
How do you apply if concrete looks like it’s had paint on it before?

Proper preparation is essential. Begin by fully removing any existing material. Then, follow the CSP 2-3 guidelines.
So on any flooring I should use a primer? I don't really know what GU-30 is?

WB primer is necessary, coat of high solids epoxy. GU-30 is a high solids polyurethane.
