I LOVE THAT! "Take the math out of it" One of the main things I didn't like about video editing after years of doing it, and the main reason I am finally switching over to Resolve from Premiere can be summarized by that statement right there haha. I get tired of reinventing the wheel every single project, I want it to be fun and be able to achieve the idea with a single prebaked effect rather than having to manually animate and keyframe stuff for the thousandth time. Quickly realized after using Resolve for a few weeks now why everyone is able to produce so many effects/transition filled videos these days with fast turnaround times.
