  Hmmm.....Lawrence Kenshin is a damned respectable source but this is a glaringly incomplete video. Not every Taekwando guy is a points fighter. There are fighters using taekwando styles that have a very strong focus on power and know how to punch. Where Muay Thai has a strong advantage is in the fighting culture built around it. A man like Changpuek isn't so dangerous because he know Muay Thai over another art. He is dangerous because he was in a culture that trains more intensely than pretty much anyone.

  Bullshit. Where's the guard after the elbow strike. If you're that close they're that close too and thats a commited slight overreach on that elbow. You would get grabbed. You best stepping back now. And you wouldn't block before the elbow. You'd step,slide into it. Quite a weak elbow too. A fast cross elbow would be much more powerful.

  There is no leg kicks in taekwondo, so we dont practice as much. Muayh thai shows superiority in that regard. But, there is no beter martial art, its always about the martial artist
