Do I understand correctly that this system goes from high flame to low flame and not from high flame to no flame? In other words, as long as the oven knob is set to somewhere in the baking range, the whole burner is alight, not just the pilot light?
Good
great video told me everything i needed to know. i love this stove
your explanation was exactly what i needed to calibrate my imperial six burner to an altitude of 7500', thanks for making this available!
*We are happy with our purchase==**allmy.tips/Viking_range?b54** It is elegant and sturdy at the same time. I really liked the legs. It is elevated and you can clean underneath. Oven temperature is probably higher than our previous ovens. Heat is distributed well. We are happy with our purchase.*
Can you do a video of how to use the push / pull ventilators on a Bakers Pride Oven. Would love to find the place where they need to be and leave them alone. Should one side be set for a higher top temperature and the other for lower. You do the great videos and figured you can explain it clearly Thank You (Jimmy in AZ)
My thermostat isn’t showing the temperature know how to fix it?
Awesome!
I have a 60 yr old stove and your video was a great help. Thank you
You can calíbrate a termostat to low the temperature?
Wealth of information...service dudes don't give free education like this...thanks thanks
Do not purchase an American Range product! You will regret, their ovens fail m ore often than the sun rises. A complete fraud of a company! Do your research.

What idiot youtube plumber is going to show me how to adjust my oven?.......... You're a genius, it worked perfectly. Dialed the oven temp in with ease. I told my wife it was all me and now she's baking me a pie. Thanks.
Always glad to help!
Well played
thanks for the information . the griddle i'm working on comes on but after 8 mins the flame gos out down too the pilot only then will have to wait until it cool down then the same thing happen again ? what do I need ?
thanks, good info man! i have an old Imperial industrial ir6 gas range thats recently started to get way too hot even at very low temp settings. i mean this sucker goes up full flame on like 225 degree settings on the temp dial. i'm guessing the thermostat is shot. could you offer any feedback on this? thanks
Thank you for the through explanation and demonstration. I'm too old to get my money out of a new range, so I have kept my old Vulcan going with bailing wire and knowing how to hold my jaw open at the critical moments. I think you have helped. All the best to you
Great video! Thank you for all the cooking ideas. We are looking forward to trying them on our own American Range!
Why not keep it pretty side up? ;-)
He's the pretty side up.
I bet those would be good on pretzel buns!
This time I'll use woodprix instructions to make it myself :)
What kind of machine is that you used to refinish that a pneumatic what??
Hi, not sure I completely understand your question, but we use a special type of sander with a polishing pad. We also use a machine called a Walter Line Mate III. Feel free to contact our service department for more information 888-753-9898. Hope that helps.

excellent equipment
+Marco Prudente Thank you, Marco!
We purchased an American Range Performer series 36" rangetop (AROBSCT-636) for our new home build back in early 2014. The unit was flawless when it arrived, packed better than any appliance I've ever seen, and installed very easily. It has been a joy to cook on ever since, so powerful yet so precise. Quality is top notch - fit, finish, and function all perfect. Sorry to others who've had a negative experience, but I wanted to jump in with my positives.
+Eric Kalis Thank you, Eric! It's great to hear our constant attention to quality improvement is paying off. American Range
+Eric Kalis who has had negative experiences? I do not see any other posts. Did they erase the negative comments? I am about to purchase one of these American Stoves for a church/school. I would like to know the quality of the range, how tough they are. Thank you
+Achisachis73 American Range does not erase negative comments. We have strived diligently to improve our product and customer service based on all comments. We would love to help you with your purchase. Visit us online at www.americanrange.com and when you're ready, or if you would like to talk live, call us at 888-753-9898. Check back, and let us know what you purchased and why!
+Achisachis73 someone had posted a comment full of complaints about American Range under this video. It appears to have been deleted by the original poster. If you are installing a range in a church/school, you'll probably want to talk to American Range about their Commercial line of products, rather than their Residential line. I purchased a Residential rangetop because it is in my home.
The American Range cooktop used in the cafeteria at my job is the only one I've been able to get up close and personal with. Are there many distributors for the Performer line?
