My 6months no fap was crazy, I got to much attraction and I had to release as much as I can in these women . It got me low and depressed now I am back on it with the goal of not being distracted again . On my second month now since relapse.

Of course not.. its satan, because the guy gave him more than a chance, thats why Allah tell us to not follow satan “footsteps”, so guys stop forgetting about satan because we should take him as the main enemy.. gradually: self, satan, disbelievers & hypocrites (doesnt mean not giving dawah).. but when you win over yourself first (not being sinful or extravagant.. being patient & doing obligations) the battle becomes with satan, then when you seize him with thikr, whos left?
