Any reason you installed the rear fan as intake? I Wonder if there's any issues with airflow with that fan mounted on the ssd bracket instead of the fan mounts on the rear panel? TT has a detailed thermal section on their site, it's pretty thorough. They recommend the rear as exhaust. Oh and music was good.

Absolutely awesome video. I am planning on doing the same thing with this case. I need a bigger one and just moving parts over. You disproved some negatives I have seen in other videos about the clearance on the top with the AIO. Like you said it's not perfect, but I'm ok with that. There are more positives than negatives. Thanks for the video you rock!!

Would you be able to fit an optical drive where the little screen is supposed to be going? I'm guessing it would interfere with the power supply...

The presentation, content and music is all very good. I looked for a breakdown of the parts used, maybe I missed it. Only saw someone asking for the same thing. What your thoughts about the peripheral connections at the top? I have heard some negative comments on that. Did you need any extension cables in the build?

This is a very informative and well structured video. Thanks for covering this case and showing everything in great detail. However I personally dont like the music and the blue light made it difficult for me to see everything. (thats a me problem though)

I can't agree with you more, although realistically for the price that rgb controller wouldn't be included even a decade ago. Regardless, a year later show me a case that offers a glass panel, 160mm fans a gpu bracket and the front I/O it does, and actually can compete when it comes to airflow at that price?

I have the same case I dont know if anyone mentioned but in the case box there is a plate you can attached to the top if you run a 240mm aio...move the aio back a little and attach the plate witch blocks the other large hole... I love this case i have build a few pc's in this for me and friends...keep them coming...

Just a small tip for you my dude. Get rid of the Amoury Crate because its buggy as hell. A clean re-install is best in this case. Use Fan Control in the bios to calibrate your fans intake. If you really, really want to control the fans, theres also this app called Fan Control, its fan-made. Its really awesome. What happens is after you've set your fans in the bios, then Armoury Crate changes the values and takes control of everything else. Theres lots of information about Armoury Crate and how it messes with people's builds. Anyway, good case. I am getting mine next week.

I just did a build in a white AP201 to sell. Specs were lower. 5500/6600. It performed better than I expected, particularly the GPU, a Power Color Fighter. It met the benchmark average for both the 3060 and the 6650XT out of the box. Was like 15% better than the early 6600 I used to have. The build turned out really nice and I don't personally like the white trend. It really doesn't work where I live because we have a lot of fine mineral dust that builds up quickly and it would just end up looking dingy after a few months, even with dusting. I would have to strip the case and wash it every couple of months for it to stay white. I didn't realize they made AP201s with a tempered glass panel. I wouldn't use one because I am selling online and it would be logistically difficult to deal with a glass panel getting broken in shipping. I got the mesh one. I think with a 50% IPC uplift projected for Zen 5, 600 series boards may not perform as well with those CPUs as they will in 700 series boards. Also, DDR5 is still immature and will take another year or two for it to be significantly better than DDR4. You may run into speed limitations down the line upgrading a 600 series. Doing a build to sell, it probably won't even be relevant because people who buy prebuilt gaming PCs probably won't be trying to upgrade anyway. More likely to just buy another PC and sell the old one. But it still represents cost bloat, going with Zen 4. And especially with putting an AIO on a midrange build. If I use an air cooler, I can be reasonably certain it is probably going to still be functional in 5 years whereas you can't expect that from a cheap 240mm AIO. I've been building PCs for 30 years. Future proofing is a myth. A 5800X3D rig would have performed better in gaming than the 7800X. The 7800X3D has what I would call an insignificant performance uplift from the 5800X3D. And I would have got the 7900GRE instead of the 7800XT. Roughly the same price, when you OC the VRAM, the 7900GRE will be noticeably better because of substantially more CUs.

Just finished my own build of a Tower 300 case (in white/snow)! I wish I ordered some custom cables as the thick and stiff PSU cables I got from EVGA made this really difficult for me. This also was my first-ever solo PC build… heck of a trial by fire in terms of cables management! lol I adore the music choice for this build video! Please continue using it! I felt “lost in the depths” of cutting-edge tech! Like something out of the BrayTech facility in Destiny 2! Or maybe Mass Effect! Hahaha
