Ohh they have a slightly different timbre, interesting! Thanks for the review! ✌️
its not really the first, what about osmose?
Hello sir, I have a question for you. Wanted to is possible to purchase the Izotope RX Standard or Advanced bundle and not have to worry about sound proofing the room and mic booth?😅
Super helpful. Thank you!
The button clicking can be disturbing whilest playing live but when just producing you can ignore it
@SanjayC I use Yamaha HS5 with a KRK Rockit 12 subwoofer

I hear some white noise there why is that is it the mic or the interfaces
Hi great video, custom cans do lots of mods for the 770. These headphones are lot cheaper thank sennheiser hd 650 660 etc
I have the same N.I. piano plugins but yours sound much better. Did you add any effects? Good job anyway👍
Hi Sanjay, do you know by chance if there's an option to upgrade to a bigger version later? If were to start with the Standard?
What don't you like about addictive keys? Is it the lack of dynamics? I think ableton piano uses a filter to make the softer notes sound darker, which you can also do in addictive keys. I quite like the plugin, the amount of mic positions, and the tweakability of it is pretty cool, which all the mic positions. It also only takes up ~4GB for all 4 instruments, and loads really quickly compared to bigger sample libraries.
lol not a sponsored video but you push pretty hard your affiliate link - that's the same thing
I love the Presonus 68c I have. Even if I had an unlimited budget for Audio Interface, I would buy this again. It will never make you regret. It has an aluminum casing that feels durable and outputs that can drive high impedances. Moreover, it comes with Studio One, a very advanced DAW.
I wonder if this is gonna be as expensive as the latest Prophet 5...
Dear Sanjay, Is the output essentials collection at Native Instruments sale a good deal or would you recommend waiting for this year's Cyber Monday or any other sale particularly for Output instruments? Thanks for your news. Always worth a watch 🙏☺️.
Infinite gratitude for all the time and research you put into this fantastic presentation! You rock baby!
This is the best tutorial out there. Great visuals and explanations. Thank you.
Ooh, nice video. I just ordered the volt 1 as I love the look of it. It's being used to control 2 Eve sc205 speakers. I have a 250ohm DT770 headphone that I'm not sure the volt 1 will be enough for and so I'm looking for a suitable amp to provide more power. Can you suggest a good amp that works well with the volt 1 for powering a 250ohm headset ?
It’s slow train comin’. Most likely trouble agreeing on conventions. Probably a long time between now and the time it will be fully exploited. Native Instruments seem to be going in the right direction by putting a computer inside the keyboard, so able to upload and stay fully programmable, but who knows…..Who really knows even 4 years after this vid was posted? Korg Keystage is not fully exploiting Midi2 because midi2 has not been completed??? Not integrated with OS,s?It’s a puzzle is how it seems.
Thank you so much for your great reviews! I'm just getting back into music and it turns out I have a *lot* to learn before I start! You've given me *so much* information! *Question:* When electronic keyboards (or keyboard midi controllers) transpose keys, do they transpose them correctly? In other words, do they retain the same relative scale tuning as the original key or do they map the new scale tuning to what an actual piano's tuning would be? C minor and A minor sound different to the human ear because the *relative* tuning of the notes in the scale differ slightly.
How much was your custom build in total
Don't laugh but I havr a Sonodyne SM 200AK (8") monitor to my right and and Behritone (5 1/4") monitor to my left, and it works fine! So one of my Sonodyne (Indian make, awesome sounding monitors, and affordable) broke and I wasn't able to get it fixed, so I started using my Behringer Behritone, that I use as a center mono speaker first, as a temp replacement. Well, that's more than 2 years now...
Thanks Sanjay. Prompted me to head over to their website and picked up one of their guitar libraries on offer!
Focal Shape Twin + Focal Sub One for the "real life" reference Logitech Z623
I use Sony 7506 as my monitors 😆😆😆😆
@Sanjay Can you do an update on this? The 4thy gen focusrite was according to you a huge impovement.

The new MTM looks nice. Softube business plan is quite interesting and it looks interesting for the futur. Thanks for your videos. I've been ultra busy, hope your are feeling great and everything is good for you and your family.
I'm rocking the Atom A7, no sub. But, everytime I listen to my mixes in my car, my track levels are always off. I'm not sure how to fix this.
4" EVE Audio SC204 with TS108 sub in a small bedroom.
Is it possible to do an update for live 11 or 12? I’ve followed the steps but it isn’t working. The controller is assigned in preferences and I’ve amended the encoder numbers in the script file but the rotary knobs are not working when assigned to a macro control.
I'm just upgrading from the Status CB-1's that finally broke at the extender, to the ATH-M50x. Interesting to know the CB-1 is similar to the Sony, as that was my other choice
Definitely, do a video on the modeling mics, please. It would be great! ❤
I used DAW’s for 18 years and have recently switched to hardware and its so much more fun. Happy music making!
And yes to the mic comparison. Especially interested in the SD-7 for floor toms…
For the Q of the week… I have Yamaha HS7s for a small room setup. They were so good for the price, I couldn’t go past them. My dream setup, though, are the Dynaudio LYD 48s 3 ways I tried at the same time. The sound and frequency/instrument placement was exceptional.
Did he say LINUX??? Say no more!! Ima buy this soon!!!
Awesome content as always. I look forward to your videos and learn so much . Thank you for the two plugins.
Don't polyphonic aftertouch me there!!
I did bought mine on 24 of May 2024. They did send me an email saying that. Your Seaboard BLOCK M is part of Batch 4 and will ship in July. I bought one, then I bought another one to have more keys. Just like I did for the LUMI. I don't know if they are going to give me the Equator 2 or not. I will see...
been a protools user since it was 4 track on a mac se30. this is the first daw that i would take into a major session, and not worry about work flow. in fact with apollo interface, the stuff you can do is amazing. and its freakin plug and play, no messing around with setups. blew me away.... the new windows version is still BETA. but it works on my desk in my office without any issue. ryzen 7! no sound card. just asio4all... get me off of avid thank you.
I had some really impressive monitors years ago. They were terrible for making music but brilliant for listening to music.. They were a bit bigger than the iloud’s. & sound on sound put them as the best speakers under £500.. They did more to hold back my production than anything else. I brought some Dynaudio bm5a a few years back & omg!!! I will never use small speakers ever again.
My question is did you buy one or two? Me, I bought two seaboard blocks. Because I work during the night and it can be long hours sometimes. So I can keep practicing with the LUMI Keys and also learn how to play with the seaboard block. At home it's too complicated. So I did prefer to invest this way. Also it fits perfectly in my locker.
I have had the Yamaha HS8's for several years now and have been happy with them.
I gotta be honest, the only difference I hear at all is at 16:00, at "the key that our souls" where "that out souls" sounds a lot softer than the rest, but might as well be placebo
