  Your first suggested reform begins with reforming politicians- asset declaration. For ECP reforms it’s essential to begin with an appointment of the chief election commissioner with mutual consultation of prime minister and leader of the opposition. Secondly, ECP must conduct intra party elections for the sake of healthy democracy. Thirdly, due to poor state machinery, elections in Pakistan should be conducted in two or three phases. Fourthly, media must be allowed to record vote counts and consolidation along with access to returning officers. Fifth, rather than having services of school teachers at the day of election whose appointment is in line with local politicians, technical staff should be recruited and trained prior to election. Some other reforms like EVM and conducing census are also at the top of the list.

  Great job, my dear; BLA's part of an alien hybrid war although Quran 4:144 commands them "not to take unbelievers as allies" but, "for a pocket full of mumbles" they do what they didn't do to the British. Aren't they doing the same wrong to Pakistan that Mir Jaffar did to the Muslim Kingdom of Bengal in 1757 and Sheikh Mujib-ur-Rahman to Pakistan when he signed an MOU with Indians in their London's Embassy in 1962? No amount of "Injustices" of a corrupt (Pakistan) government justify the believers to go against Allah's Commandment. The genocide of Palestinians, Kashmiris, Rohingyas and the mob lynching of innocent Muslim youngsters on the streets of India is a constant reminder of our internal divisions.
